Extremely poorly managed. .... Samantha, who claims is the manager, was outside gathering carts and having conversation with a co-worker. Another supposed “manager” with red hair and tattoos was at a register and couldn’t take the time to acknowledge me properly. He even seemed bothered that I was asking for help.
We waited for what seemed like an eternity to return an item at the service desk. The store was in disarray at the entrance and they were obviously way understaffed. Very poorly managed store. Any competent management team should know that “back to school” season is when you staff up. The fact that the store is comfortable to shop in because there are no crowds should be a red flag to upper management. This should be a clear cut reason as to why the store should be in tip top shape and customer service should be exceptional.... sorry but it’s not. If I were a Target Exeuctive, I’d be concerned about why there...

I’m a first time mom & people like the employee Raven are what make my life now just a little easier. My babies carrier doesn’t fit in the shopping carts so it’s hard to push stroller & cart at once. anyway, I asked some help from her to take the diapers to the front & she offered to open a register & take them out to my car! She didn’t sigh or try to get out of helping how it’s been in the past when I ask for help .. she made me feel comfortable that I asked for help. Don’t know her last name, but her name is Raven & that girl totally deserves a raise! Went 100% out of her way, so kind.. gives hope in humanity!...
Read moreI am a frequent buyer @Target and never have had a bad experience. Today while wanting to exchange something that I bought online, Robert (at Customer service) was very rude. It seemed as if he was frustrated or just wanted to be elsewhere. I was going to exchange some pijamas for a smaller size and literally the smaller pajamas were already there because an order was cancelled but he wanted me to go to floor and look for the size I wanted instead of giving me the cancelled ones. As soon as I told him let me talk to a manager... he changed his tone and gave me the smaller size. I just don’t understand why put these type of negative/bad tempered people in an area where there will be a lot of customer...
