Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in McAllen

I have had 3 issues where they never have what I want ready and force whatever they are trying to push on me. And when i say its ok ill wait the extra 15min for what i want it always turns to 30- to even 45 min this is very wrong especially since in the past when i worked for every pizza joint you can imagine ovens only take 8-13 mins to cook tops. And no each time i went there was not that many customers. Its like they are deliberatley punishing you for not taking what they have ready and actually having to work. And calling the customer service line is a joke the first 2 times i called and spoke to estrella where she told me she was the only one nationally that handled complaints i thought was a joke but when she said give them 2 weeks to call you that they are aware of the issue needless to say been longer than that much longer i cal back and they have implemented a automated system that hangs up on you if the 1 rep. Is busy so that little ceasars attitude to customer service no reason they need to have stuff so cheap only way to keep customers coming back to overlook their b.s. DONT GO TO LITTLE CEASARS ANYWHERE STICK WITH THE BIG CHAIN THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT...

Absolutely disgusted with this location. I was in line at 5:39 pm, it is currently 6:48 pm and I am still not even at the drive-thru window. It’s like this location is pulling a prank with their customers to see how many they can anger within an hour.

Speaking of hour, in the hour that I was in line at the drive-thru, I’ve only moved up 6 cars. That’s 1 car that they’re helping every 10 minutes. Hot-And-Ready? That’s about as funny as their customer service. What’s the point of advertising that at the speaker when you’re averaging 1 pizza every 10 minutes?

There was no warning, no heads up saying, “hey, by the way, there’s a 10-15 minute wait on the orders.” As a matter of fact, they made the customer pay first, then have them sit there at the drive through window for 10-15 minutes.

If you value your time, stay away from this location. Absolutely terrible wait times and even worse customer service. I’d rate 0, but I’m forced to at least rate it 1 star.

PS, after it was my turn at the window at 7:04pm, I decided to drive on by and take my business elsewhere. Again, if you value time and want to avoid being in line for over an hour, please avoid...

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I just wanted to pick up a pizza and go home. I did not want to wait 10-12 minutes( as stated by the person taking my order) for the pizza I was asking for, I was assuming they would be ready. So asked if he had any other ones ready and he said the $6 pizza (I don't recall the name). I misunderstood and thought he said he had both cheese and pepperoni ready. I asked for a cheese pizza. My mistake. The person taking my order then proceeded to YELL at me over the speaker stating in a condescending tone, " MA'AM, WE DON'T HAVE THOSE READY IT WILL TAKE 10-12 MINUTES TO MAKE, WE ONLY HAVE HOT AND READY FROM 4-8." I said okay just give me that. When I drove up to the window, he clearly saw I was upset and began to explain that they now have an app to order food and such, I was shocked and felt disrespected by the tone in which he spoke to me.
