
Honestly wasnât the best experience for us. We actually were really excited to try as newly converted vegans with limited options in the valley. We walked in and weâre awkwardly greeted then sat at dirty booth which is fine and could have been overlooked since hostess said âIâll be right back to clean itâ but he never came back to clean it. There was only two other couples in the restaurant at the time of our visit so itâs not like there wasnât time to clean. Once seated waited longer than expected to have drink order taken, waited again for a while then waiter came out and said âI forgot what the other drink wasâ we proceeded to say weâre ready to order so we we asked for two different burgers but when we asked for the black bean he said âoh Iâm not sure we have that oneâ we said ok.. then a weird long pause before he said let me check. Came back said yea we got it. So we ordered, we walked in at 12:57 pm at 1:27 we finally came out with two burgers that were the same and didnât know what he served us. Both burger ended up being the one he originally said the did not have. At this point we decide to to leave and not eat there so we canât say wether or not food is good or not but just was a waste of time and poor experience. Again weâre bummed about this experience since a friend recommended it and we drove 35 min to try it. Well give it another try but when we have time to spare.    Read moreThis is an update to the review below. I had originally left a 1 star review due to a negative experience I had with one of the associates (see original review below). I decided to call a second time and spoke to someone by the name of Eduardo who was very kind and helpful in resolving my issue. For this reason, I have changed my review to 5 stars because honesty, we had a good experience the day we ordered our food. The food was so delicious and the staff was nice. It is unfortunate that a single person swayed me to leave such a poor review. I am grateful that Eduardo helped me and made this right for me.
Sadly, the food was amazing but we were double charged for our meal. I placed an order online and when my husband went inside to pick up the meal, he was charged again without knowing I had paid online. When I called the restaurant to get the resolved, the manager on duty, Donna, was unbelievably rude to me and said she was unable to assist me because she was not there when we ordered the food and she was too busy at that moment to help me. She said should would have to address this later when she wasnât so busy. Zero sympathy or concern for what happened. My issue has not been resolved.    Read moreI wanted to like this restaurant so much. I don't live in the valley, on a visit I went out of my way to try this restaurant. My bf and I ordered a wrap and a burger. We thought it was expensive, $30, for both but we don't mind supporting vegan businesses. As we waited for the food to be ready we could see the kitchen and the staff, it's an open kitchen. We saw the manager of the store talking and eating in the kitchen where the food is being prepared, the rest of the staff was talking with no face mask, the two ladies preparing are food had their face mask on their chin and the other without her nose being covered. We brought this up to the attention of the manager who he himself said he was in the wrong. We got our food and got in the car but we couldn't eat the food, we were grossed out and no longer felt comfortable with eating the food knowing they didn't take COVID precautions seriously when preparing our food. We returned the food and explained why we would like a refund and the manager started raising his voice at us saying that he didn't want to be accused of having Covid, I never accused him just said because of covid we expected more precautions.
