Excellent, with the exception of 1 employee, if she is working I'll skip the smoothie. I once brought it to her attention that the smoothie she made me was very poorly made, and all she had to say was, I'm sorry to hear that' that was her only solution. 3/2925 So I went in decided to take another chance because I love the products , sadly the girl with the black hair was working, I have business meetings there , she was rude as can be, as usual. I will not be giving them anymore of my money,. I really really feel bad because I love that place, and I have brought many more customers there because that's where I like to meet and greet, however I don't believe anybody deserves this., she handed me my smoothie, I thanked her and she rolled her eyes and walked away from me that is way too rude not only will I skip the line,. I will no longer give them any more business and I will recommend it as poorly as as possible, I can't recommend this it's horrible she's horrible,. the business owners need to know she needs to go or go back to training on courtesy and customer service I've been in business for 40 plus years and no one deserves this. I I have been in marketing director of marketing for many years and I can take a lot, but she's just way too rude as much as I love this place. This cafe has great healthy food, but the owner makes working conditions almost similar to a 1900s sweatshop. Recently, there has been no air conditioning, and the food is growing mold. The produce you’re consuming is past it’s due date, and the meat provided at this location stinks of rotting flesh. The owner purchases an abused surplus of produce that goes to waste everyday. The employees are in 100 degree weather making smoothies, and rotting sandwiches, WHILE DRIPPING SWEAT into your food. There is a new movement on the rise named “boycott earth born”; this movement advocates for fair treatment of employees, a working air conditioning, working freezers, working fans, more sanitary preparation of foods, and lowering produce purchases order to prevent extra waste. My daughter asked me for a smoothie from here because her aunt bought her one and she loved it. I drive up it was a little before 8:30pm there were 3 girls working. They’re starring at me and I’m looking at them while they talk to each other I felt like they were so over their day and were disappointed to see someone at the drive thru window. When the girl approached the window I asked her “are you all still open or are you closed?” She says laughing “oh no yea we’re open” I then tell her “oh okay, I was wondering if you were because you all were just standing there looking at each other like I shouldn’t be here” she laughed again and says “yea we’re open”. I read some of the reviews and it seems like a lot of other people are having similar experiences. If nothing has changed in months I don’t think service is ever going to change. I don’t think I’m coming back. I’ll find another place to get smoothies...
