Read moreToday wanted to take advantage of the free smoothie with entree.The line was a bit long and took awhile to answer speaker but I understood.However waited quite a long time for the actual order.When I placed my order I asked about the smoothie's if it’s only one free she said yes.Im not very familiar how it works but when I went up they quickly charged me and later I did tell an associate that they charged me for the smoothie.I told the girl I truly went mainly for that free smoothie she explained the QR code I said I didn’t know but she said she’ll give me the money back and the smoothie no problem.I see her tell the other associate and the other associate gets upset starts pointing finger visibly upset I’m getting a refund.The other associate tried to block the window so I don’t see.The upset associate comes up gives me attitude said for future reference I need to be showing QR codes anywhere to get any award and she said just this one time she’ll do the courtesy .At this point I waited a long time more than 30 minutes and told her you know what fine keep the money just give me my smoothie .You guys take too long and I was late already I told her.Im pregnant and just wanted a smoothie .Truly didn’t appreciate the attitude even after making everyone...
Read moreI ordered curbside today, I expect my meal to be brought out to me when having this option. Why have this option on the app when it's nonexistent. First off there are no signs where it says curbside at this facility, so you don't know where to park. Also when you call the number on the app it's has nothing to do with this location at all. I did get the right number from Google when I was parked. I called several times and nobody answered. I went inside and only one employee was working. I asked her where is curbside parking and how are we supposed to notify you that we are here. She didn't know. I told her that I called several times and nobody answered. When I walked inside she was still preparing my order, so I understand why she didn't answer the phone. The problem is why was she the only one working. You can't expect her to take online orders, drive thru orders, walk in orders ,answer the phone and walk outside to take orders to people. It's insane she was alone.
