I brought my girlfriend here for the first time about a month ago because this place was hyped up on social media. She wanted to try it but it was awful, the girls at the front did not have any customer service common sense at all as we had to wait for them several minutes in line when the could just listen to them giggling in the back. When she ordered a coffee it seemed like they served her espresso shots by themselves instead of coffee. The second time we came here, willing to give it a second try since maybe it was just a bad day for the employees, customer service improved slightly as the lady that helped us was very friendly and helpful however, the drink my girlfriend got this time which was a “Rose Lemongrass Tea,” was way hotter than it should be. That wasn’t a big deal since she just waited about 30 minutes till it cooled down a bit and then she was able to take a couple sips here and there but it could’ve been better. At least this one tasted decently and not like the first one on the first time we came. “Aesthetics” probably won’t keep this business running for long so if the owners read this, maybe they could consider getting people who are a little more competent and willing to show at least a little smile when receiving us. It’s their business and I understand if they want to let someone new have their first job and let them try, that’s very nice, but if something is done the wrong way then at least teach the employees some respect and allow them to make the order again but this time correctly, that or just give a immediate refund to...
Read moreIn a weekday, mid morning decided to take 2 clients to enjoy some coffee and discuss some business matters. The place is appealing, however the service was subpar. The attendant at the counter was in a serious to bothered mood. My questions where answered with more questions of her own. Simple as what sizes for you offer almost ended up in a discussion. There wasn’t any sense of being welcomed or happiness to see we were one of a few clients. As if they didn’t care if we enjoyed our first visit or not. During our visit there, within minutes, we became very uncomfortable with the music genre. One of my clients expressed his dislike for the music which included plenty of profanity and explicit. There was a man with his daughter near by, I noticed they picked up and left. After that one inappropriate song, we thought that was it. A few songs later, another very uncomfortable song came out. Very inappropriate for the setting, time and type of business. Needless to say, I will not entertain my family, friends or business’s partners at this location. There are plenty of better suited Cafes in the...
Read moreWhen I pulled up to the drive-thru window, five girls and one boy were chatting away. As I rolled down my window, they quickly scattered, as if they forgot they were supposed to be working, though two girls stayed behind to take my order. One of them struggled to open the drive-thru window and had to call the other to simply twist the already-installed key to unlock and open it. Meanwhile, the boy wandered off in plain sight, nervously glancing over his shoulder while aimlessly rearranging pastries on a counter in no particular order, as if trying to look busy. The Blondie drink I ordered tasted watered down, and to top it off, it took two girls just to hand me my cappuccino and strawberry matcha after driving further up the drive thru to wait for my order. It doesn’t take two girls to hand over two drinks, but it seemed like an excuse for this overstaffed coffee shop to let friends work together and play pretend. No prices on menu either. Interior design is the only...
