This location after 7pm is an absolute circus. I pulled up to the drive through, placed my order and then I instantly remembered I no longer needed 2 combos and I wanted to correct my order. I was told "I already sent it through." I responded" OK I understand. I am so sorry but I do not need both just one." A girl came in and shouted "what do you want instead of the #1 ma'am?" I said "nothing" , mostly because her attitude was awful. 2nd because i was stunned. she was louder,like extra loud this time. She responded again with full on attitude in high gear and loud as all get out. "ok fine then Good bye." I asked if I was just not allowed to get food at all now becausei still need 1 Combo? No response I asked if I have to go accross town to get food or what she was saying by that. Noresponse. I went around to the window and parked. no one opened it for a couple minutes, then a young man opened the window I asked for a Manger. There were 7 or 8 people looking at me and they closed the window and then began laughing. I go no response anymore. We pulled off to starlight burger. I am so disappointed. This location used to have the happiest most lovely staff. Maybe only the pm shift has gone bad,i would stay away at night, just avoid the games. You may Actually get some food if you do. 20 years I have worked in restaurants and I never treat people poorly because I hate it being done to me. Read moreNever have I ever spoken to managers who DO NOT CARE ABOUT SATISFYING THE CUSTOMER!!! It never fails that they always leave something out of my order. No gravy one time, no fries another, hard as a rock cinnamon roll, and my last straw was my entire order being wrong. Wrong cheese on both burgers, sauce on the wrong burger, no grilled onions on another. I finally had it and spoke to Diana about my issue with my entire order and she promised us credit for it after giving us a hard time verifying our order through the phone. Go to Whataburger the next day to get my correct order and Nabony WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Had me wait 30 MINUTES JUST TO TELL ME HE WAS NOT GOING TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!! I was not given a paper receipt but it was a pick up order so I had my online receipt AND THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH! He told me HE DID NOT NEED TO HELP US!!!! Never in all my time working in the food industry have I ever came across a fast food business who would not just give the customer the right order to just avoid any problems or a BAD REVIEW!!!

I said no its ok because it wasn't so bad and was gonna take it home, he insisted that he would really like to have my burger remade so I said ok that's fine no problem and he had that burger done Stat and it was one of the best burgers I have seen and tasted... all places need more Mr. Joseph's on their teams, as he is such a kind and gentle man...
