Bruster’s was a childhood favorite of mine, but it’s been over 6 years since I last had it as my hometown’s location closed. When my husband and I stopped by this location today, I was a bit worried that my nostalgia had magnified my excitement and this might not live up to my expectations, but boy did Bruster’s deliver! Servings are a good size and at a reasonable price, especially as other ice cream locations charge much higher prices for smaller servings and sometimes lesser quality. The waffle bowls are delicious- I had the seasonal Peanut Butter Cookie with Nutter Butter flavor and my husband had Graham Central Station, and each ice cream was packed with the mix-ins. The girl who worked with us was very kind as we asked about the different flavor options and sampled a few flavors. It takes a lot to live up to a memory of a good experience, and it shows that Bruster’s is consistent and still a high quality place for ice cream. We will be back!

Had a cake made for a graduation celebration. The decorations were over and above beautiful!! We asked if a DNA helix could be put on the cake since our graduate was a genetics major. Not only was there an amazing helix, it was drawn technically correct!!! Additional great touches included the pieces of Reese's cup (the third ice cream flavor we had asked for!) as well as confetti all around. The cake also tasted great.

Love the text and email notifications of my favorite flavors. Also love the rewards system that earns me discounts on future purchases. Bruster's has been a favorite of mine since I went to the location in Greenfield (now closed) as a kid. Glad to have found one so close to me out in the North Hills where I live now as an adult. Friendly service always! *Pictured flavor: Mixed Berry Cheesecake with Graham Cracker!🤤

Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy any ice cream as after waiting (in what looked like a line to me) for over 10 minutes, we were told when we got to the window that we were not in fact next in line. The woman also took the opportunity to let us know that “there is no waiting in the parking lot” and had us get to the back of the line. There were also people behind us, as again, it looked like a line to order. Both myself, my partner and the gentlemen behind us left after being spoken to so brazenly about ice cream. I would advise better signage and potentially some training for the employees to handle big crowds. I totally respect having two ordering windows and one line, but I do not work there, I’ve never been before and I don’t plan on being back in person. It would have been awesome to have been helped, informed of the rule and then been able to enjoy ice cream, at an...

We always go to Bruster's when visiting grandma, but a little disappointed that the free kids cone if you're less than 40 inches tall sign is no longer a thing. The reward for signing up for Brusters rewards also didn't work, I don't know why. Maybe it takes time to update the system when you sign up? Heads up if you try to sign up same day.. the attendant was very patient though and ice cream was delicious as always.

Edit: regardless of where the sign was, it was talked about in front of the attendant and a free baby cone wasn't offered. One kiddo was definitely smaller than 40 inches but we paid full price along with...
