We started out with trying the loaded fries which were amazing I love how they decided to use thin cut fries and the cheese was extremely tasty. I got the fish and chips and it was good, they give you three pieces of fish that are decently sized definitely fills you up. I will say the mashed potatoes were reminding me of what my grandma used to make which was box mashed potatoes. So I wasn't intrigued about that. I definitely will be back to try something else on the menu because that BBQ Burger was calling my name but I wanted to try something I normally don't get. They don't deserve a 4.2 star rating on Google I would say more towards at 4.5.

Clark’s is a casual restaurant that opened fairly recently. The restaurant contains a bar and a dining room. The menu lists soups, salads, burgers, flatbreads, tacos, fish entrees, a few desserts, many wines and cocktails, etcetera. Prices are reasonable. My husband and I ate one dinner here. The seating host and the waitress promptly served us. The waitress automatically brought a drink refill, and at the end she thanked us. As for the food, my husband’s onion soup and chicken parmesan sandwich needed more flavor, and my shrimp tacos needed less flavor.

I visited for the 1st time on 5/14/2025 for a late Mother's Day dinner with my son.

1st I will say, the food was amazing, kudos to the chef because I would have loved to have eaten there again but due to the service, I never will.

Our waiter took our order, no issue. Food came and we never saw him again. I sat with an empty water glass for 1/2 my meal, he never came over and checked on us. We finished eating at 5:12pm and FINALLY got our check at 5:45pm. There was a waitress in the dining area that was waiting on all the other tables that had customers (6 tables) except ours, but never once came over to us. I waved to her 2 times, said excuse me to her 2 other times when she was at the table next to me but she completely ignored us. At 530pm, I got up and asked the busboy if he could please get someone as I would like my check and a to-go box. About 10 minutes later the waitress very rudely came over and said what do you want in a condescending tone. I said I would like a to-go box and my check. She said, "I will have to find your server". She brought me a to-go box, and our waiter showed up another 5 minutes later. The guy at the table next to us came over and said I think you lost your waiter, and HE apologized for what we were experiencing and said that the waitress was very rude to us. The waitress should be fired, she was awful, rude and ignorant.

I should've walked out and not paid for the meal since no one was concerned about giving me a check. My son wanted us to walk out without paying but I couldn't do it. Hindsight, I should've just put money on the table and left and hoped it was enough.

I have never seen or experienced such bad service or such an ignorant waitress in my life. Honestly the food was amazing but not worth the aggravation of the...

My first time, it was a treat and I plan on returning. I did make the mistake of going at a very busy time. They, like most places are short staffed. The hostess was also clearing tables and I thought it was good was helping. The restaurant area had an older crowd and that surprised me but I'm old also..lol The waiter was very busy and didn't come around as much as he should but he was running all over and wasn't slacking so it wasn't his fault. We ordered Fried Cauliflower, French Onion Soup, Diavolo Meat Flatbread, Chicken Margonzola Pasta, Southern Peach Mule, and Orange Crush. Dessert was the Cheesecake. EVERYTHING tasted fabulous. The kitchen didn't bring the Sharable Fried Cauliflower so when the waiter finally did get around to us I mentioned it. The kitchen messed up and as soon as it was made he brought it out. It wasn't a big deal to me and it was worth the wait. I tip by service and food and I tip well when the service and food is good. He received a good tip and I also gave the hostess a tip on the way out the door. There seemed to be a lot of old grumpy complainers in the restaurant and I felt bad for the staff but to me it is a great place and I will go back when it's not as busy. I guess people need to lighten up a little and enjoy what they have. The only recommendation I would have other than more help would be that the hostess not be playing on her phone. She did her job but she is also a first impression when someone walks...

Clark’s is the new neighborhood go-to. It’s that local spot with plenty of tvs, sports themed promotions, good food, drink & vibes. But it’s also so much more interesting than I expected.

The space is split into two sides, a dining space and a bar. The spaces are nicely designed creating a great atmosphere. I love the kitschy vintage decor prices and the beautiful wine wall display. Despite being centered around many tvs for sports, it wasn't loud or rowdy.

The menu features classic American food everything from flatbread, to pasta, and even some nice seafood dishes like a salmon salad. The drink menu is huge, with plenty of seasonal cocktails, and a surprisingly nice wine an liquor selection.

Everything we ordered was delicious! I’m obsessed with the french fries with herbs & sea salt. I’d also recommend the cauliflower appetizer. It’s fried cauliflower topped with a sweet & spicy sauce with delicious Asian inspired flavors. With all this indulgent deliciousness, I’m thankful that kitchen was able to wrap my burger in lettuce. 😆

The restaurant was almost completely full when we visited. The staff was really friendly and service was attentive. Our appetizer and main meal came out quickly and as ordered.

I’m so happy that we have a spot like this in the neighborhood! I look forward to...
