Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in McComb

Every time I go to this Sonic I can expect something to be screwed up. I LOVE Sonic, just not this one... My favorite thing on the menu is a waffle berry brownie master blast and it's extremely disappointing when you leave your home, drive 15 miles to sonic just to order this one thing and then it's either a completely different blast that they bring me or it's missing one of the ingredients. Like the one I ordered tonight has no waffle in it AT ALL. That makes it a berry brownie blast, not what I ordered. Also, I used to work for sonic in a different town so I don't know how they train their employees here, but I was taught that an ice cream or drink order only was an express order. To be made and brought out ASAP to the customer. I wait at least 15 mins for mine every time. I'm an extremely unsatisfied customer because this type of Customer service should not be tolerated by this company but it didn't just start, 4 years ago I can remember it being exactly the same. *You're at home craving this amazingly delicious thing from sonic so you go, order it, get home all excited, open your bag and SURPRISE!! Everything is ruined and you just wasted 25 dollars and gas on some garbage that you didn't want. Really wish this place would go under new management (I don't know the manager but if they aren't enforcing the rules or training employees properly then the problem...

The carhop brought out my order and read everything I ordered out loud as it was handed to me so I just assumed I had everything I ordered without ever looking to see if what she read and I ordered was actually in the bag so, it's partially my fault. I ordered 2 Super Sonic double Bacon Cheeseburger meals with onion rings and drinks that come with the meals depending on what size you want. Ok, I'm handed both drinks and a bag and I do see onion rings and just think burgers are underneath, cool, carhop gives me my receipt and straws, napkins etc. I leave ger back to the job on the other side of town sit down and get onion rings out of the bag and yep, you guesses it, NO BURGERS! BUT I do have a receipt so I take everything back to Sonic, push the red button and tell the lady what happened. She says she might could understand her missing 1 burger but definitely not 2, I told her I still had everything that was brought to me so she sent out a carhop, which happened to be the same one and said she would have to look at the cameras. My receipt has the time stamp on it so after a short quick review she apologized and I received the 2 Super Sonic double bacon cheeseburgers, and this is where I say, Check ya bags of food before you leave Sonic 😂😂. Other than that little mishap, love...

We visited this establishment on 2/28/25 (in the evening) & ordered two of their ice cream Blasts. When the runner handed them to us, they felt extremely light. I thought it was odd, but disregarded it because maybe I was just tired & got confused or something. Nope. When we get home, I learn they did NOT have ice cream in them (I know, blows my mind). They replaced it with lukewarm whipping cream (gag)!! 🤬 If this wasn’t bad enough, the person on the mic had an unbelievably horrid attitude - so rude (again, mind blown). I get that it’s the last hour of the shift on a Friday. But you’re open until 10 pm. As in, that’s when you close for business. Meaning you don’t take down the machines beforehand & scam people so you can get out quicker (or whatever reasoning there was). The food runner was great though! But that’s the only positive out of this. $12 worth of whipping cream totally ruined the munchie...
