Taco Bell — Restaurant in McComb

I went in to pick up a personal order today on march 19 at around 1-1:30pm and I was awaiting for over 20 minutes for my food! The manager was sitting around talking to a customer while the employees were messing around in the back. I asked what took so long and she proceeded to ignore me and give me attitude then claimed that’s how the orders come in but I ordered my food over 20 minutes ago for two items ! Then on the other hand one other customer came in after me and got their food before me! And no one was is in the drive way nor was it busy inside besides me ,the customer who ordered after me and the customer the manager was talking to who had already ate their food + was on there way out so there was no excuse . Then When I asked for a name + the manger the lady claimed she was the manager and wasn’t going to give me her name . I’ve never hand problems with this Taco Bell until this manager started...

A couple of friends and I went to this taco bell a few weeks ago. It wasn't crowded and there seemed to be at least 5 workers in the back. The 3 of us only ordered drinks in large cups. I ordered a large soft drink for myself and a large baha blast slushie for my friend. 30 minutes later, I went to the register to ask about our drinks since they had not been made. I explained it wasn't a big deal and I understand that they get busy (even though it wasn't busy inside the restaurant) and was just wondering when we'd get our drinks so we could leave. The guy I was speaking to was very sweet, and apologized for the 30 minute wait, but said the best he could do was give me a small cup and let me fill it up at the soda machine. I explained I'd ordered 2 large drinks for myself, but I don't think he understood, and told me all he could do was give me one small cup. I spent 6 dollars for my drinks and was...

Even though we ordered on their app before they closed they would not serve us our trailer could not get through the drive in window they refused to give us curb side service. And again we had already ordered and paid on their app before the store closed. They even called the police on us the officer said they could refuse us service even though we already paid on the app. What!!! He said we had to get our refund on the app this was the worst experience eating out I have ever had in my life and I'm 50 years old. Apparently their is no real time communication between these apps and the restaurants never order food on an app close to closing time they may not be able to make your...
