O.E.C Japanese Express — Restaurant in McComb

It was my first time ever going in there. I went up to the counter, and asked for a menu. The girl that handed to me was very rude about it. Like I was bothering her. There were two other ladies behind the the counter, one was giving the other a back massage. I went and sat at a table to look at the menu, when I decided what I wanted to get for a family size meal to take home, I went back to order. I was standing there for a little bit trying to get their attention, the 2 ladies were still giving each massages behind the counter, and wouldn't even acknowledge I was even there. The one young girl came back over to me and rudely asked me what I wanted. I wanted to ask her some questions about a couple of things on the menu, and she was very very rude and said read the menu, and then I asked if I could substitute something she was hateful about that to. Instead of nicely saying no. I said never mind I'll take my business elsewhere, she laughed about and said ok bye. I called a little bit later and asked to talk to the manager, it sounded like her, she said she was the manager, and I said I was going to place a large order, and if I liked it I would have given them more business, she laughed and said she didn't care, and hung up on me. I will never ever go back. I wish I knew of another place to get sushi 🍣 because I'm new to Mississippi and don't know of a lot of places to go yet. By the way I was not rude back to them. Worst OEC I have been to. Ordered my usual, Shrimp and Chicken Fried Rice. With extra shrimp. The rice was WHITE. No egg in it at all, 6 shrimp total in the entire dish (and they made me pay for extra that I ordered). There wasn't even a decent amount of chicken. We are frequent visitors of the OEC in Richland, and when I order extra shrimp I end up with 15-20 shrimp. Staff was unhelpful when I asked for the extra shrimp I paid for, and for them to add some more flavor to the rice to actually make it fried rice. Acted like they couldn't understand what I was saying. Won't be going back...will stick to our usual OEC in Richland. Because they actually know...

Wow! Don't know what others experienced, but have had drive thru Japanese many places. It's not your sit down, $50 a person place, but I'd take it any day! Was very shocked for McComb MS. Very fast and inexpensive. Fried Gyoza (dumplings please try them) was first class with an amazing sweet/spicy (not hot) chili sauce. Tender, fresh, amazing. Would order daily. Ordered a side of hibachi vegetables only. Fresh, hot, and plentiful. And only $3. Now the california roll, I wasn't as pleased with. Not cold. Their yum yum or mayo sauce is good also!.
