The cleanliness a 5, the food a 5, customer service a 3 due to new member on board wasn't trained properly to know what the sign they posted on all entrance and exits about the chicken sandwich meal was buy one get one free. While he was sweet and did his part he didn't know anything about the sign on door and had to ask another cashier about it and she had to ask the manager. The second cashier said the offer is not still on. My husband said it's plastered on all entrance and exits. Finally got it. One lady was sitting on the job and two others beside her just hanging out. I usually don't ever have anything good to say about Brookhaven but their Zaxby's was a lot more together and professional. They need more progress and more knowledge at this one. I hope this fast food restaurant makes it bc their ever really busy and one other family was in there dining with us. The service I received was disheartening. I ordered a Fried House Salad with no egg add bacon. To my surprise when I made it home the chicken was missing from the salad with egg that i asked to be removed. I called the store immediately because it was after hours and was told to bring the Salad back the following day for a remake. I make it back to the store the next day with a receipt requesting a refund as well as a remake for the inconvenience of having to come out of my routine for a oversight on the local business. My request was not met. I asked the senior manager /shift lead(same management on duty night prior) on duty to oblige me with something even if my request was to great. Now Ik why I was the only customer at 730 on a Sat. Never had more bland food in my life. Not to mention hard, and dry. It took 30 sec to bag and give me warm, dry, teriyaki wings. No napkins either... Left in the warmer too long? Overcooked to begin with? Idk but I can tell you there was 0 season on them. NONE. The ONLY decent thing was the sauce. It tasted good.
