I ordered threw app and picked up curbside (Broadway location ) i pulled into a spot, entered my number, waited and waited , nothing . ....realized I forgot fries , so I placed a mobile order for them. Finally a young kids brings my first order and begins explaining that I was in a space for the drive threw. The spaces for curbside were on the other side. So he was waiting on me to move before he brought my food out. Told him I was unaware of that but would make sure to park in curbside in the future. He said, I went ahead and brought your food out cause i know people of MY AGE get confused. (I wanted to fight him) Then walks off. I sat and waited for my fries , when he brings them out , gives me a mean look , shoves the bag at me and says, ok ,once again , you have to park over there for curbside....turned and walked off. There was no need in being rude or speaking to me like that. Spoke to a male manager , his response was.... well he's right, there over there. 😒 I had no words for that response. If they get that twisted over a parking space , then maybe they should...
Read moreIt would be helpful if the front end staff didn't act like your presence inside the restaurant was a nuisance. The big sigh taking an order. Then the other big sigh when asked for the cup that was forgotten. And you can forget about using the kiosk because then you completely get ignored (as did another in my party) while your order number sits in the screen for 15 minutes, in preparing status......4 chicken nuggets, and a happy meal. When you finally ask if you've been forgotten, the attitude comes out. THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE WAITING FOR FOOD! Some people aren't meant to multi-task, and if you can't, that's probably not the job for you sis.....Ms. assistant manager, way past her prime of being able to appropriately manage not only the front end counter but also her crotchety old cantankerous attitude. I would drive past and starve if that were the last place...
Read morePoor service twice in 24 hours. I ordered food via the app. Waited 20 minutes at the drive up area and finally went in. I wasn't the only customer waiting for food. About 6 of us stood and waited while the counter person tried to sort out where our orders went as the system showed that all customers had been served. I'm sure it was some drive thru worker who cleared all the orders to keep her timer rates low. I left with food after 35 minutes. The next morning stopped to order breakfast for my lately and my parents on the way to Cape. Waited in line at the drive thru for 25 minutes only to be told that they didn't have what I ordered. I took an alternate option and proceeded to Cape. Our food was ice cold. The eggs on our sandwiches felt as if they came straight out of the refrigerator.
