I went there yesterday and ordered 3 pounds of crawfish when I got home and started eating the crawfish. I realize there were lots of crawfish in my batch that were pregnant and potatoes were uncooked so I called up there just let them know about the situation and made it very clear on the phone to the man that I had eaten some and threw some of them away. The man stated to me that it was OK just to bring whatever I had left. Right before I got off the phone I repeated to him I just wanna let you know. I did eat some of these crawfish he told me that I could come in tomorrow when I got there today, I gave them whatever left I had of the crawfish. He took it to the back and the lady came out and told me that she didn’t see what I was talking about. I then proceeded to grab one and show her and point out the fact that the potatoes were u cooked and she said she didnt care about that. She told me that it had to be in the tail, not the head and that it had look like I ate it all. I told her I made very clear on the phone that I had ate some(5-6) and he told me that it was fine and to bring what I had she then told me that she was not giving me a refund. I said that’s fine I will not be shopping here again and I will report you. She then proceeded to say she can give me a refund, but it’s gonna be hard because they a next day refund. My husband made 10 attempts to call ahead to place a pick up order. On his 1st attempt, the server answered the phone and asked him to hold. That hold lasted nearly 20 mins (no exaggeration). After 18 minutes, he hung up and tried to call back 9 more times.
Typically we wrap our decision to patronize after 3 attempts but he just received rave reviews about their shrimp, so we drove over to the restaurant as we did have a little time to spare before our next appointment.
Despite the rough, unprofessional start, we were pleased with the food. The fried shrimp was too salty. However, the steamed shrimp and crawfish were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I would encourage the staff to be attentive to call in orders. A customer should not be left on hold that long without a check-in. If you are too busy, do not answer until you are able to give your best level of customer service within 2 to 5 minutes of answering if a brief hold...

As someone that spends my money there frequently I didn't ask for more food I just wanted to make them aware of the situation and they practically called me a liar and call me names as I said before and I will never patronize them again.. I really think they still owe me an apology number one for calling me a liar and number two for the hair itself.. we all make mistakes but own up to it and keep it moving.
