Dickey's Barbecue Pit — Restaurant in McKinney

If you're looking for a great barbecue experience, you should definitely check out Dickey's Barbecue in McKinney! My recent visit to this establishment left me nothing short of impressed.

The first thing that stood out to me was the excellent customer service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and helpful staff. Despite the long line, the ordering process was a breeze thanks to the efficiency of the staff. They had a great system in place that allowed us to place our order quickly and get our food in no time.

And speaking of the food, it was absolutely incredible. We tried a variety of dishes and each one was better than the last. The meat was tender and juicy, and the barbecue sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. The sides were also delicious, with generous portions that left us feeling full and satisfied.

This Dickeys location is by far the only one you should visit in the McKinney area. The staff members are nice, cordial, and they take care of their customers. We always get a couple of pounds of smoked chicken breast (which they ALWAYS have) and a couple of pounds of the spicy jalapeno and cheddar sausage, and the regular polish sausage for all of our holiday meals. I've never had a bad experience here yet. If you want Dickeys, come to this location. On the same note, DO NOT GO TO THE DICKEYS ON 75 next to the post office in McKinney. If you are able to see my other reviews, you will see a review I posted about them. Terrible customer service, and the food follows in the same footsteps. In addition, they never have smoked chicken breast... that amazes me. But the Dickeys at 121 and Custer does it right... meaning, good customer service, good food, and they will keep you...

BEST EXPERIENCE AT DICKEY'S EVER. I brought my moving crew of 5 guys up to this awesome bbq place this Sunday 4.12.15 right after Church got out and we just got done loading 2 24 foot trucks. I got to say that the line was almost out the door, but with in a few minutes the line got moving fast. When I got up to the check out the check out girl named Jessica, had exceedingly excellent customer service. Not only was Jessica able to multitask but she handed the stress of all those people very well. She moved to clear off tables when the line slowed down, and asked helpful question that showed she really cared about her job, and the customers. I wouldn't be surprised if she was managing this location in a few months, Definitely has the skills to do just that. I will definitely refer this place to all my coworkers, friends and family.
