The food is great, however if you work there be prepared to deal with some slightly bi-polar management as they are over-worked and stressed out with a high turnover rate and difficulties with scheduling.
As a driver expect $4/hour most of the time as that is the wage while driving, and about 2-3 deliveries per hour as they generally don't route more than one order per driver (which often doesn't make sense). Its pretty dead until 5:30 - 8pm so its the luck of the draw for tips. roughly $8-15/hour with tips
Its also worth noting that two drivers are expected to open and close each day. This involves a whole lot more work, and you only get paid $7/hour for essentially cleaning the entire store after closing hours or prepping & cleaning in the morning. Those unfortunate enough to close often offer other drivers ~$50-70 to "switch shifts" with them which I found to be absolutely absurd.
Also, I wanted to point out some problems with "upper management". Payroll is determined by corporate in Florida, and they messed up my paychecks 3 times causing major delays in being paid. The store manager just shrugged and said he doesn't handle payroll. The district manager also shrugged and said he doesn't handle payroll... so I had to contact corporate multiple times to get things sorted out. Be sure to consistently check your hours and pay as I feel like there's some fraud going on down...
Read moreOn Sunday at 7:30 AM, I called Domino’s Pizza to place an order. They put me on hold and didn’t answer the phone for 10 minutes, then the call got disconnected. I called again, and the same thing happened. The person picked up the phone, said “It’s very busy here,” and hung up. I tried calling again, and this happened five times in total—they kept putting me on hold and then ignored the call.
I finally decided to go to the store myself. When I got close, I saw there was no traffic, and no cars parked in front of the store, so I assumed it was closed. But when I parked and walked up, I saw they were open. I went inside and asked to speak to the manager. When he came out, I explained the situation and asked why they weren’t answering customer calls for orders, especially when there were clearly no customers inside.
With extreme rudeness, he told me the store was busy and that I should place my order by phone next time—then he kicked me out of the store. I tried calling again as I had done before, and they didn’t answer any of the five calls.
We used to order from this store without any problems, but with this new manager, who is rude and disrespectful, we will never return to this location. I’m very disappointed that Domino’s Pizza has chosen someone like this to manage...
Read moreThe service here is good. The hours of operation are good. The location is good. It is located near a lot of other businesses, but can still be seen from the roadway when traveling down that road. The food is good. Whether it is carryout or delivery, the food is done in a decent time. It can be busy on the weekends. The prices for food/drinks is reasonable and like any other domino's pizza. They honor a lot of promos/coupons both in store and online. The staff is good. The customer service is good as well. I have been here plenty of times and they messed up on my order 2 times out of all those visits. Both times it was forgetting to put the hot sauce topping on my pizza. After talking to management, they corrected it both times. Each time offering to redo the pizza and get another the same night free of charge and/or giving coupon/voucher/credit for the next time I order pizza or anything I get that value amount/credit towards that order. The facility is clean. They have a few chairs inside where you can sit and wait for your order. Overall my experience with this location is good. It is a lot better than other locations I...
