I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience at one of your Dunkin' locations. As a loyal customer who has frequented your establishment for many years, I feel compelled to bring to your attention the subpar service I received, which left me with a miserable experience.
On [8-5-2023], I visited the Dunkin' drive-through at this location ]. To my dismay, I found myself waiting for an extended period of approximately 10 minutes before reaching the order window. This level of delay is highly unusual, as I have never encountered such a lengthy wait time at any Dunkin' location in the past.
Furthermore, during my wait, I witnessed an employee, whom I believe to be a member of your staff, exhibiting unprofessional behavior. She appeared to be looking at me in a rough and rid way, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This lack of courtesy and respect towards a paying customer is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of your establishment.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive prompt service when visiting any establishment. Unfortunately, my recent experience at your Dunkin' location fell far short of these expectations. The considerable delay coupled with the employee's unprofessional demeanor left me feeling frustrated and disheartened.
In light of this unfortunate incident, I kindly request that you address this matter internally to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and it is imperative that your employees are trained to handle situations with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
I sincerely hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and that appropriate measures will be implemented to prevent similar incidents from happening again. I have been a loyal customer of Dunkin' for many years, and it is disheartening to have such a negative experience tarnish my perception of the brand.

Two cars in the drive thru so I went inside for service at 8am on a Saturday. I was the only customer along with Four employees who were working behind the counter. All were focused on just drive thru. Ridiculous! No greeting of any sort. I waited a couple minutes standing at the counter 5 ft from two employees who still had not even given me eye contact. I then asked for service only to have them tell me it would be a few more minutes. Really?! 4 employees and not one of them could help someone who took the time to come in for service?! I left in disgust and immediately called the store to speak to the manager who I learned was actually sitting in his office when all this was going down. That makes 5 employees who were there. Read morePoor experience. The person taking my order wasn't paying attention when I was ordering. I had to repeat my order 3 times... The order was only 2 bagels and 2 drinks. He then asked another employee to complete the order , when I realized he had missed one item. So I had to repeat the order again.
I was not given a receipt so didn't know my order number. When asked she tells me they will announce my order.
After a long wait, they announce my order and then tell me they are out of everything bagel. So I substituted for a multigrain.
A few mins later they come up with my order.... But it didn't have cream cheese on it. I had to tell her to put veg cream cheese... She goes back and comes back to ask if I needed it on both or not... Then I finally got my bagels...
She tells me the other team will be giving me my drinks... After waiting I got 1 of them... Then had to remind them of my 2nd order and it was given to me.
They don't have the ordering and fulfilment process in place. They need to get their act together. Many folks in the queue were also of the same opinion.
I have gone to other DD and have had much better experience. Granted they had a large footfall...
