We had 2 orders of sesame chicken and crab rangoon delivered. The "chicken" was dry and chewy dark meat. It was closer to jerky than strips of white chicken breast. The three of us ate a couple pieces each before deciding that we made a horrible decision to not read the negative reviews before ordering. I now see others commented with similar problems. I asked for a refund because we were not going to force ourselves to eat sesame slim jim's for dinner. I called and asked for a refund and the manager said that he would not give a refund until the food was back at the restaurant and we didn't eat too much of it. This was kind of ridiculous, but I had no problem in not eating too much of it. We immediately packaged the food back into the containers and a plastic bag for the partially eaten jerky. The driver/chef came back to rummage through the bags and loudly argue with the manager on my front porch. I recieved a voicemail from the manager saying that he will only refund 1 order of the sesame dry dark chewy "chicken". So apparently he thinks that $19 plus delivery fee and a tip for 4 1/2 not that good rangoon pieces and less than a 1/2 of an order of horrible chicken is a reasonable compromise. It was my first time ordering food with them so I waited for about 50 minutes before calling to find out how much longer before I receive my food. A man answered and told me he had been trying to call me but didn't get a hold of me. I had no missed calls on my phone so I was surprised by this. He then told me he tried to call me to tell me that they do not deliver, and tha they only have pick up. I explained to him that the website offered the option for delivery and I hadn't been feeling well so I was really wanting delivery, he proceeded to tell me they don't have control over what the website does and my only options were to pick up or cancel. Fortunately, he cancelled my order and I didn't get charged which is a positive. I don't usually post negative reviews but you should indeed know what your website offers and what it does not. This should be fixed so other people don't get caught up waiting like I did only to be told you...

I had called in for takeout and there was a lady who took my order (usually itâs another employee - a guy). Instead of hearing âshrimp with vegetablesâ, she heard âchickenâ. Minor misunderstanding - no problem. I understand.
However when I went to pick up my food and corrected my order, she gave me attitude and rolled her eyes at me. I waited there awkwardly for them to fix my order, and when they had, I realized they gave me 80% rice and only 20% shrimp/vegetables. Usually theyâre not that skimpy. But I donât think itâs coincidence that she was upset and I got skimped in my order.
Iâm Chinese myself , so I understand there can be language barriers. But what I canât understand is the attitude and rude customer service .
At the risk of having to bump into this lady again, and over paying for white rice, Iâm not coming...
