I really hate to do this but the last 5 times I’ve been disappointed. The food from here is excellent and it’s literally the ONLY reason I kept ordering. The chefs do an amazing job for sure. Unfortunately the last five times I’ve ordered the delivery was wrong, missed items ordered or wrong food delivered. Today I simply ordered veggie egg, foo young and chicken chop Suey with crisps. Simple order , right? At least I thought so.But when they delivered we were missing the crisps not a big deal, but when I called them and said they missed the crisps, the woman accused me of not ordering them. And that we didn’t tip the driver (I always tip , ALWAYS!) I said you specifically asked me one or two and I said one. She then accused me of lying. I said all I want is my money back and she said she never charged me and then hung up on me.

BTW, they do not provide a receipt showing what you have ordered and been charged for..

Then my husband called back and was trying to explain what happened and she said something about too busy for us.. ( not gonna lie, we try to understand everyone but she she was talking so fast we literally couldn’t understand her trying to speak English and were trying so hard to understand.) another note, (I respect and consider lacking communication with others) she then abruptly hung up on him. Not cool and always makes the customer feel disrespected.. he then called back to speak to the manager, which of course wasn’t there. Surprise! So we asked for the managers name and the woman finally said Christina. And hung up. I called back and for the 4th time get get the same woman’s finally ask her name, she said Tina and I say thank you and hung up. So I’m not letting this go because I’m sorry but customers should not be treated this way at all because without customers they have no business. I probably should have said this in the beginning but I have been in the business for over 30 years.

If you want repeat customers and good reviews, this is not how get them.

I will be calling the manager and even the owner.

I know it’s not much money but I know I was charged for food I didn’t order or not delivered the last five times. I was trying to be nice but not anymore. Im tired of being taken advantage...

My son and I have visited this restaurant for a while and the customer service has been decent except for the last incident. The female owner who is always at the front desk taking orders seemed to be in a bad mood. As we were waiting for our order I noticed her talking to another older Caucasian lady and telling her she had been working 12 hour shifts. I noticed she was polite to her but once we ordered it was a different experience. I shared my order with her and let her know I wanted the chow mein/ brown noodles we always get. She kept asking me to clarify if I wanted the low mein or chow mein. I made it clear I wanted the brown noodles not the clear ones. Whatever it was called. She finally said okay and took my order. Once I got my order it was not what I asked for so I went back inside and reiterated exactly what I asked for. At this point she was annoyed I was returning the food and begin to raise her voice and get defensive. She said “ No that’s not what you asked for!” My son was right next to me and was shocked how rude she was in front of him. In a calm voice I told her, it’s okay you don’t have to get upset. I just need you to fixed my order please ma’am. She kept going on and on. Until finally she let the cooks know in the back what I wanted. At this point I didn’t even want the food and wanted a full refund. I’m not sure exactly what was going on with her prior to this event but this behavior was unacceptable. As a result we will never do business with this restaurant again. My hope for her in the future is that she maintains a work life balance so that she can treat all customers with respect...

Loved it! We placed a large takeout order for a family gathering from this restaurant. The lady answering the phone was so sweet and offered her thoughts on her favorite dishes. She said the whole order would be ready in 20 mins, which is rather quick for a large order. We arrived at the location and the same lady taking our order was greeting us at the front register. Our food was ready before we got there, packed in such a way to prevent too much heat from escaping along with avoiding any spillage. By the time we reached home 15 mins later, the food was still hot and ready to serve. The portions are perfect for sharing. My favorite was the garlic shrimp and the family loved the curry chicken. Orange chicken was great too which surprised me because I normally prefer savory over sweet tasting main courses. It had been quite a long time since I've had such good Chinese food that isn't from a large chain restaurant. I am happy to support local businesses and hope that they are able to share this amazing food with customers for years to come. Next time I'm in the area and crave Chinese food, I know where to go. Highly...

Pricing is average. The food was also average. I ordered the sizzling seafood delight. I found it to be just ok. The broccoli was very well cooked, but the mushrooms were clearly defrosted in a microwave oven. The taste and texture gave that away. The mini corn probably came out of a can...the taste gave that away. The shrimp was waiting well cooked and had a good taste, but the scallops were not well cooked and tasted like they had been frozen a while. The decor could do with an upgrade but its ok. The staff is authentic Chinese, and well mannered. Not extremely cordial but very profesional. I personally think they rushed too much to cook the food fast at the expense of flavor and taste. The soup was also good.

I am glad to say Imperial garden in Mckinney was a smash hit. Delicious and flavorful food. The Mongolian beef was the best out of the two dishes we ordered, the triple delight was good but the Mongolian beef was amazing. The lo mien was great, worth the $6 charge to substitute.the spring rolls were nice and flavorful too. Loved the crunch. The waiter barely spoke English so it was hard to order and have him understand us, but everything came out right. He was a nice guy. I would come back again. I can see why this place is highly rated and best Chinese food I have had since I moved to Texas.
