Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in McKinney

I'm pretty patient with food businesses, especially during Covid. I don't expect perfect just some semblance of trying. The staff (mostly kids) seemed to be working hard. But ownership has not set up any processes for actually selling food to people trying to give them money. And it leaves the employees and customers obviously frustrated (saw several terse exchanges in 30+ minutes of waiting). My example: I order crazy bread and a couple of pizzas that weren't already made (I asked and they only had a few cheese pizzas readily available... remember this!). I was asked if I wanted a receipt to which I replied no. There were 10 people waiting so I asked how I would know my order was done, she looked confused said something I couldn't hear because of masks. I figured it would become obvious since everyone was waiting. Well, what became obvious is that there is no process! None! (Besides take your money of course). Someone figured it out before me and went up to ask for their order, we all lined up and all of them were ready. Remember the cheese pizzas that were "hot and ready"? Yeah, a couple waiting before i got there had only ordered a cheese pizza! So then it's kinda chaotic, people grabbing their own dipping sauce (not sanitary) taking drinks out of the fridge. They cant cook an Italian cheese bread all the way or the pizza. An absolute refusal to cook. Not covered in cheese in the middle, super light all around, just dough on the bottom for a pepperoni pizza, tastes of uncooked dough. Tried telling me I can trade for another pepperoni pizza and showed me one that had raw pepperoni on it. They won't simply put the pizza in longer to cook it all the way. So I paid for a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread. I got some pizza toppings of cheese and pepperoni and an Italian cheese bread that's only cooked on the outside bit. How can you not tell when you have undercooked pizza to the point of it being just dough still and raw pepperoni on a pizza? The pepperoni shouldn't be see though and pink... Whoever gets that one won't even be able to eat the toppings on it.. pointed it out and the guy said that's normal and they'll all come out the same. No he can't cook them any longer.. I'm stunned. I didn't pay for pizza toppings I paid for a pizza. I expected at the very least for it to be cooked. Eight months pregnant and hangry...

Ordered 15 pizzas for a family event, set the pickup time for 6pm, paid in full fir the order. I get a call about an hour later stating that my order is ready. I inform him that the order was set fir 6pm not 11am. He informs me he will need to call his manager. Manager calls back and says he can't sell 1 hour old pizzas to his customers but I will have to take the same pizzas that he made at 11am. They will be waiting for me in the warmer at 6pm. Apparently, I'm not a customer, I can get 7 hour old pizzas! There is a problem with the online ordering. Seems like a smart idea to call the customer to make sure the time is correct. I know this is not an isolated incident. The manager refuse to refund my money or offer any store credit. They were very rude even after i went into the store.
