I walked in to get a cup of coffee at 8:55 p.m. The woman told me they were closed. When I asked what time they closed she replied, “9, we closed early.” Shrugging her shoulders. Are you kidding? I know I walked in close to closing time, but business hours are stated for a reason. As someone who worked at a Starbucks for 5 years, I would never have treated a customer like this....

I was “greeted” by the absolute RUDEST barista here today…. If you can’t quit cutting and pasting for maybe 5 minutes and treat people with respect then find a different job.
