I’m gonna place an order to go for 8:15 PM. I picked it up 15 minutes later if that. When I arrived home, the fries were not fully cooked, and they reeked of being freezer burnt. Some fries were still FROZEN. The bag was sopping wet with oil and leaked all over the car. I called to get either a refund on the fries or have them remake them. A woman answered and told me I needed to wait and threw the phone down without putting me on hold. When somebody finally came to the phone After listening to them bicker back-and-forth on who was taking the call, The woman identified herself as the assistant general manager. She YELLED at me, interrupted me & argued over the fries. She refused to refund the fries and when I asked for the GM she continued saying she was the ASSISTANT GM then hung up. Read moreChanging my review from 5 to 1 star. Went thru the drive thru today at 4pm, not busy. For $19.00 (3 dollar off coupon), I received 2 held over burgers (the meat) I worked at Wendy's, I know what held over meat on the grill is)). Received my shakes first, in 90° weather, no drink holder, how am I supposed to hold 2 milkshakes and drive, and had to wait another 5 minutes for the rest of my order, a long time for milkshakes to sit in a car, another item was left out of the bag, I had to ask for. I get home to find the cheddar bacon fries sure weren't what is pictured, 1/2 teaspoon of cheese, scant bacon powder. If the afternoon/evening crew weren't so busy chatting and checking their phones while waiting for the order to bag... needless to say, my last time for Hardees for dinner, I'll stick with Wendy's...
Read moreManager and worker got my order wrong. She heard me tell the worker taking my order i wanted my burger plain. The manager looked at my burger and seen it wasnt plain end yet she still let it get to a customer. She didnt ask me weather i wanted it that way or not.I had to come back into the store to get my burger fixed.... while the rest of mine and my familys meal got cold. the manager should of took responsibility and made sure the order was correct before giving it to any customer. this is a quality assurance issue and this needs to be solved weather its retrainning or what. You have lost a customer and wont be coming back untill fixed. Fast food or not if i spend my hard earned money on anything i expect it to be correct or atleast fixed before i leave....
