I was scrolling through Instagram when an add popped up for Edwin McCain in McMinnville. I didn't know there was another McMinnville? I clicked on it, and what a nice surprise. At 1:45 in the morning I bought tickets. We left Chattanooga at 6:54 eastern and the concert started at 7 central. We made it with time to stop at the concession stand for a bag of popcorn and some M&Ms and water. They have hot dogs and soft drinks, and I believe they have wine also. I drove from Chattanooga to Memphis last year to see Edwin. I couldn't believe i only had to drive 70 miles to see him this year. This venue is a link to days gone by. The seats were comfortable, and I am not small. The opening act Brittany Moore is one to watch. She has a way with words and a great voice. If she is playing anywhere close to you.......GO! Now, to talk about the scourge of his 15 year old daughters life, Edwin McCain. I saw him in 1998 in Chattanooga and once each of the last two years. IMHO his voice is better now than back then. You sit through a 2 hour show mesmerized by a voice that time has only enhanced. He is on tour with Train this summer and they either haven't announced the southern leg or they think that everything below Virginia doesn't count. A Renaissance man if ever there was one. Singer,Songwriter, Mechanic (marine and diesel) Tour Bus driver, Yatch refurbisher, and specializes in terrorizing one particular 15 year old female. Edwin is good people AND HE HAS A NEW...

They worked hard and turned it into a absolutely beautiful venue. Not only do they have music there, but they have plays and benefits and even magic shows. I have also seen someone have a beautiful wedding there. You should check out any show just to see the beauty of the inside of this theater. The staff is fantastic as well. McMinnville has a gem with The...
