Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in McMinnville

My family went to the Manchester store when they first opened, I felt they were a bit pricey and a let down. But when a friend wanted to try the McMinnville location for lunch one day I went with it. We had salads which I thought still a bit pricey, but seemed good, almost $20 a piece for a salad and a drink is a bit ridiculous. Compared to other restaurants the lettuce was fresh, along with the other ingredients. You could tell the toast was prepared ahead of time and added because it was tough and moist. But otherwise everything was good right down almost to the bottom of the tray. Things started tasting a bit old and off. Like the lettuce had been in the bottom a couple days longer. Then I got home an hour later. Things did not go well with the porcelain goddess! Holy moly, never again. I’d rather stick to store bought salads and eat in the car. I think I’ll save myself some money and gut health and skip Zaxbys...

This is the worse Zaxby's in the state. The people at the counter cannot get an order correct, even when written on paper!! I would have given it 0 stars, but couldn't have done this review. My sister-in-law was in there on Friday and placed the order, which was written on paper. All they had to do was read and follow directions. She left thinking all was taken care of and started looking seeing there was a problem, turned around and went back to straighten it out. It was very distressing to her being a senior citizen and with a lot on her mind. The manager did come out and told the employees to get her order straightened out. It makes me upset that they couldn't do this and it is not the first time this has happened. Please get the orders right and please take special care to...

Zaxby’s this is your THIRD strike with me, I will never eat at the McMinnville location again. The last two times were majorly disappointing but I kept going back hoping for improvement. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, why am I like this- this third time I went back to try the funnel cake and decided to also order 5 boneless wings with tongue torch sauce and some other items. WHAT IS THIS?!? The leftover breading from the other wings?! The ghost of the traditional wings? Nah. We’re breaking up. Each time has been a letdown with soggy, unseasoned fries or soggy, old toast or the employees only adding two drops of tongue torch sauce acting like it’s being rationed on the kickin’ chicken sandwich.
