Krystal — Restaurant in McMinnville

It’s pretty sad when you double and triple say some thing to make sure they get the point at the speaker and then have to call back shortly after to let them know they messed up on simply getting an order accurate. Does this look like there’s no onions to you? The worst part is on the phone you can hear the cook arguing that he “scraped” them off… also 4 are made one way (cheese,onion,ketchup,mustard) 4 are (onion,ketchup,cheese) 2 are (onion,cheese only) 2 were correct (mustard,ketchup,cheese). This is the worst Krystal experience I’ve ever had. I know math is hard though but listening...

This particular Krystal is so hit or miss. I’m tired of the inconsistency. I literally only buy fries here (Krystal Fries are top tier) but every other time I get them at this location they are old, cold, soggy. If I come late at night and the lady with the tattoos is working, it’s a guarantee that the fries will be hot, fresh, and crispy. If anyone else is working, they give you whatever they have pre cooked just to get you through the line. Last 3 x I've eaten here the burgers were ice cold I mean cold and the wings were cold as well. U know they're not cooked all the way when u bite into one and the bone is ice cold. Disgusting! The workers are Rude, act like your bothering them when you ask for napkins , ketchup etc. Never seen a happy worker in this krystal drive thru. Will never eat at this Krystal Drive thru again in McMinnville. Its just disgusting. Need new management looks like to me and teach these workers how to make "HOT"...
