I have been coming here for over 6 years now. I usually never have a problem with the food or customer service but yesterday i got extremely sick off the sushi. I bought an avalanche roll an avocado roll and a sweet crab crunch roll. I Had severe stomach pain for hours and projectile threw it all up. I called today to at least request my money back as i am not paying for food i got so incredibly sick from. The guy i spoke to told me “oh well” that it is not their concern & told me to go to a doctors office & prove it. Stating that i was making false accusations and they could sue me for it. I was in absolute disbelief. I have never been met with such disrespect out of the 6+ years i have been coming here & never have i had an issue till today and it was handled in such an unprofessional manner. Oh & the guy also hung up on me. Me & the family will no longer be coming here and I would really advise others to not get sushi from here unless they want to get sick from it.

Update: It’s very ridiculous to me that they want to accuse me of making false accusations stating how they could sue me over & then turn around and lie denying all of what they did including how disrespectful and unprofessional they handled the situation. Ive been disappointed in my life, but you guys take the cake. Do you even know the ingredients for general tso chicken?? Here's a hint. It's not getchup, onions, and garlic. Cooked to a gooey disgusting perfectly pale chicken bits. I think they boiled them. On to the shrimp rolls. One bite, and they got tossed. Tasted like there was dirt still in em you know that rotting veggies taste. Yeah that's it. But mixed with wet cardboard. The crab rangoons should be renamed deepfried cream cheese flavored toilet paper balls. No crab. Just rangoons there. The shrimp fried rice was a little better than I expected but again overcooked mush masquerading as something special. And today my bowels are so confused as to how to feel. Don't think I'll be gracing this establishment with my presence or money ever again. Atmosphere there is like a fish warehouse. Full of drunk child workers. I really appreciated the takeout we ordered. I called from the parking lot and was able to get curbside service. The staff wear masks, which to me is a sign of good public health practice. Most important, the food was yummy! The broccoli with hot garlic sauce and it was slightly sweet. The quantity was large and the rice was fluffy. The bean curd with vegetables was also tasty and more savory than the other dish.

Ordering was straightforward as we were able to do so online. In the comment section we asked for no egg, no fish sauce, and no dairy (vegan). It did not seem to be a problem.
