Starbucks — Restaurant in Medfield

Good quality food and drinks here - always have been prepared correctly for me - and clean restrooms.

However, I would NOT recommend this location as a place to work. While I typically see Starbucks as a reliable location to stop in and get a coffee and get some work done due to the Google Wifi (have been a full time work-from-home employee for 3 years), the wifi service AND cell service are inadequate at this location.

Spent about an hour unable to connect to wifi, and while utilizing my phone to dial in to a meeting instead, the service dropped several times (though this part could be my carrier.) Additionally, as this location is close to the high school, just keep in mind that there will be a "rush"/more noise when school lets out. This totally makes sense, just pointing out!

Overall, food is expected quality but not a recommended...

The staff here is one of if not the best team of customer oriented, friendly, competent baristi in the brand. Extremely large volume of mobile orders and a tight parking lot for the location can create small delays during massive peak time rushes.. be warned that 2:30pm-3pm when nearby schools let out 40-50 Frappuchino-ordering kids will descend... Despite this one caveat of the location, this staff handles it all extremely well. Management is very in tune with staffing levels and ensuring even new employees are well trained. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I’m a regular customer on my way into work every morning. The staff is super friendly & knows me. But what really won me over was when my son had an accident on his bike. He went in to the bathroom to wash his arm off.
