Royal Pizza — Restaurant in Medfield

Oh man this placed SUCKED, i got a burnt cold steak and cheese sub, with government cheese. I don't know how someone could actually pull of burning the meat and serving it to me cold, but these guys pulled it off. It's like they just reheated pre cooked meat to room temp then threw cold cheese on the roll. I very rarely ever return something. We went up to counter I said, "the cheese is cold and the meat is burnt but cold." He said, "well... this is how we do it and we've been doing it for 40 years."... My girlfriend ordered chicken wings. They were hard as a rock and dry inside. We asked for our $$$ back. He didn't seem surprised. I wish I took a picture of this tragedy of a steak and cheese. Was with a friend...having a tough day and called Royal Pizza for some subs & sodas. Was placed on a 30 second hold but the Gentleman taking my order was very patient, knowledgeable and on point. His overall abilities and attention to detail left my mind at ease...so much so when he said 30 minutes,(delivered) I did not doubt it. The driver was on time, and carried a good conversation, never felt pressured in anyway, and he handled my friend with class. The food was good, well made sandwiches, the only negative for me was the tomatoes, they were almost see through and lacked that good tomatoe anchor. I got a steak bomb a steak bomb should be tastely it was plain Jane no taste the french fries was old and stale you have to stay away from these little moms and pops joints they don't do a lot of business so they turn around isn't real big or real quick so therefore a lot of their product is going to be stale and old.
