Listen I’ve been going to this dunks my whole life, but in recent years it has really gone down hill. The staff are extremely disorganized, even during slower times in the store food/drinks take entirely too long to come out. There was this smaller manager woman who was literally the sweetest woman & always made sure to help me get my stuff when she would see me standing there for way too long. I don’t know if she still works there, but she was a gem. I can’t speak on the demeanor of the rest of the staff there, but they would rather chat & laugh instead of making sure people are getting what they paid money for in a timely manner. They clearly don’t care about the job/doing a good job & it shows. I really hate to complain, but I was just there about 15 minutes ago & I had to reach over the counter to grab my food & coffee after standing there for 5 minutes. However, I have noticed that the public restroom is frequently out of order and appears to be used exclusively by staff. Given your strategic location near train stations, I believe it is crucial to maintain restroom facilities for customers. This service is vital for those who rely on your establishment during their commutes.

Read moreI'm giving 4 stars cause of the manager/asst manager or supervisor, not sure what rank she was, but she kept the ship afloat. My entire life is working in customer service so I know the feeling. Was there today (10/11) and watched her send a girl home get on top of making sure orders were right, thankfully mine was one of those and it came out fine, but she kept that staff in line. She was clearly a little frustrated w the uncaring staff and it was audible to all of us at times as she explained that these customers spent money for food and to make it right, but all smiles on delivery of food and give that woman a high five.
