Went there 07/11 to get something to drink (which was pretty good btw) and to get ones in exchange for two 5's so I can put them on my bus pass. But for some inexplicable reason neither of the cashiers were able to open the drawer because from my understanding the manager(whatever his name was, I didn't catch it.) he has said not to which is weird because me being a cashier, i have done stuff like that before so know how easy it is. But anyways he was very disrespectful to myself and the other female employees there, speaking of one of the cashiers (i didnt catch her name either) she had went to try and open the drawer for me but before she could, he slapped her hand away took the money and then proceeded to go to the drive through window to get cash from the tip drawer, which i totally get but I had places to be and was already running late. I told him I just wanted 1s and for no apparent reason he decided to count a couple bucks in cash and the rest in change. As if that was what I asked for and haven't already told him I needed it for the bus and that i would like just 1s multiple times. By that point i had lost my patience because he turned something so simple into something that took longer than it needed to be. After I had gotten my cash he told me I needed to have more patience and for what? Like if you had allowed the 3 cashiers before you to open the cash drawer to do a simple money exchange (the drawer still would've been even) then i wouldn't have been so impatient and or disrespectful.(they were literally asking each other can they open the drawer or not which is weird cause why can't you, you're a cashier) and like i told him I am a cashier, i know how that stuff works so it should've been easier than he was making it. But who knows there was probably something else going on that I didn't know about, because that message on why that transaction couldn't be completed wasn't relayed to me. But I don't know maybe I'm complaining too much or making this way bigger than need be. That being said i personally just wanted to say I did not like my experience there and felt very disrespected by the manager on duty. I also just wanted to let the higher ups know that in my opinion, that man needs better training because regardless of if I was in the wrong , we all know that the end of the day you shouldn't ever be disrespectful to the people coming into YOUR establishment spending THEIR money, also something all workers in the food industry know, the CUSTOMER is ALWAYS RIGHT...
Read moreHANDS DOWN the worst Dunkin in the area. They try to expedite their drive through by asking you to pull to the front to help their numbers look good. Mind you pulling to the front results parking towards oncoming traffic and having loop around the entire lot to exit. It’s not safe at all, and they even have you do it when there is no one else in line. Guaranteed they will mess up your order every single time, even if you specify you have an allergy. I was breastfeeding my daughter who had a dairy allergy and every time I asked them for no cheese and dairy free, they made sure to add cheese. TERRIBLE. I’d love for management to reach out to me as well regarding an interaction with SAMIR. He should not be working in the service industry at any capacity, terrible. It’s a shame because I live a block away from this store, and now have to drive an extra mile, and give my business to a...
Read moreI ordered 2 small black coffee and few other items. When I got home one of black coffee’s had cream in it. That wasn’t the first time they screw my order and I always expected it. So this time I decided to drive back and let them know about the mistake. When I arrived and told them what happened they ignored me for 5 minutes like I don’t exist. And finally I spoke up and it’s like they are doing me a favor for changing my coffee. I spend almost every day between $10-12. They lost a...
