This restaurant is going to be a huge success and I’m so happy for the owners! They have put in lots of work to get this beautiful restaurant up and running. The food and cocktails reminded me of its sister restaurant in Chelmsford. The Establishment in Medford was a great experience from start to finish! If you’re looking for somewhere to watch sports, THIS is your place. (Also as a partner or spouse of said sports lover, the tv’s and atmosphere aren’t overstimulating for those that aren’t going out to a bar/restaurant for that type of experience.) This place really caters to all!

This literally was a hidden gem, but well worth the hunt. The Establishment is tucked in a gorgeous waterfront apartment complex. It's very large and well spaced out. The music provides an excellent background for conversation and laughter. The food is well seasoned and the proportions are huge. Each app could easily serve three -four. Very reasonably priced. And the MOLTEN CAKE IS EVERYTHING! The wait staff are prompt and personable and the bartender/manager should try her hand at stand-up 🤣

I actually got take out 2 days I. A row to try different things. I got pizza, potato skins, buffalo tenders, cheeseburger and fried dough bites. Everything was good except the fries. These coated fries are just disgusting. Not cooked. Regular fries or steak fries would have been better. Fried Dough Bites were so hard we couldn't chew them. Pizza deelish. Skins I'd like a bit more toppings but they were good. Chicken Tenders needed a tad more sauce on them.

I went there one night to get food at the bar met the most amazing bartender Laura unfortunately I had one of the worst experiences with the manager Keegan. I was sitting at the bar at 8:30. Their hours state they close at 10 the bartender was so kind and was letting me finish my drink and food after I had cashed out, then The manager Keegan comes up behind me and tells the bartender he wants to close early. The bartender kindly brushed it off and said I’m OK to stay open till close. Then the manager proceeded to groan behind me and said “I just want to go home this is ridiculous No one is here”, out of spite I ordered drink and closed out. The kitchen is extremely slow. We waited for an unreasonably long time for our takeout order. The staff kept saying five more minutes but we ended up waiting for about an hour (and the food wasn’t good. The steak was burnt). The manager and some of the staffs are unprofessional. They not only did not apologize but were dismissive and rude to us. It appeared that they might have forgotten our order and only started making them when we arrived to pick it up.
