Figaro's Pizza — Restaurant in Medford

I went in and ordered a combination calzone and asked for all the vegies(mushrooms and olives) to be put on one side of the canlzone only. I also asked for added bell pepper and onion on the same half as the olives and mushrooms. We waited over 20 min. To get our order so we purchased a beer each and played lottery while we waited for our order. The employee brought our order and we left to go eat at home. When we got home the calzone had mushrooms and olives accross the whole thing and onions and peppers on only one half? So I called to get it fixed because my husband will not eat cooked veggies. Rhe girl who made it answered the phone and argued with me about how she couldnt make it how i requested her to do? I asked for her Manager. The Manager said the girl employee did the best she could? He didnt offer to fix it for us or offer any remedy for it at all? I believe the employee didn't listen to me and didn't even try to make this order correctly. She never tried to separate the mushrooms and olives because thats on the original canlzone. I ordered special and paid extra for it! She didnt listen and made it wrong and her manager tried to tell me that the toppings run accross the inside and its not like a pizza? If that were the case ?then why were peppers and onions not accross the whole thing as well? And all the meat on one side? This is ridiculous to try to cover a mistake and not even attempt to make it correct or offer to make it right? I told the manager I wanted to speak with the owner and he said he wasn't in now. So I asked when he woukd be in and he said IDK? i asked again when i could speak to the owner and he did know when he would be in next? He then asked if i was threatening him? I told him no I was stating a fact if what my actions would be if there was no remedy to this problem so he said he would try to remake the calzone. When I asked how long before I drive alL the way back down there he hung up on me! I will be speaking with the owner on this matter in person soon. I offered to help him correct the mistake on our order and was met with nothibg but rude customer service by these 2 young employees? I am disgusted by today's young people that dont know a thing about customer service or how to even be polite to thier customers who pay thier paycheck! I won't be eating or patronizing this Figatos again and I hope no one else will either! Thetre food is low quality and half cooked and orders made wrong. This hasn't been the first time! I just didn't complain before now and was treated like i was wrong for asking my order be corrected this time? I stated that I would speak with the owner about how my order was incorrect and how I was treated by the employees on Tuesday June 3rd at the West Main - Medford location. The young girl told the manager she didnt want to speak with me after I asked for her manager that I heard offer no solution to her for me? She refused to re-do our order? I could hear them talking as if I was in the room with them. Not a pleasant conversation about me? Choice words were used also not very customer service pleasing at all. I really wish business owners would pop in on thier lazy, ungrateful and rude employees more often because maybe they wouldn't have the chance to ruin the owners business the way these 2 are doing? Mad in Medford for sure! They need a new manager and a new pizza maker if they want to stay in...

I'll go, because it's just down the street and the special (2 large 2 top for $9 each is a good price). I don't suggest going with the pan pizza. Both times we got it, we were disappointed in flavor and quality/texture (the crust was very soft, both times). It seems this restaurant undercooks their dough. Even after asking for my second order of Breadsticks to be extra toasted, they were still very soft. Toasted 'em when I got home. I did very much enjoy the non-pan crust pizza we got. But otherwise, my whole first order was disappointing, and about half of my second order was disappointing, but something I could fix by cooking some more at home. We tried this place 6 times. Each time our pizzas were not made as ordered. We do not eat gluten so always ordered the gf pizza dough which is actually quite good. We always ordered the "Greek " with 1 ingredient change. Upon ordering our 6th and final pizza it was made clear to them that each of previous 5 had been prepared incorrectly. I was assured that would not happen again. When we got our pizza home it was missing several items that are supposed to be on the "Greek"! The sausage had been replaced by chicken but other items such as the olives were missing. Staff is pleasant but why can't they get it right? We gave them more than enough chances.
