The food was late, called the restaurant and was lied to about the driver being outside calling me for 20 minutes. Since the driver waited at my property, which is a lie because I was sitting outside, I couldn't get delivery or a refund. I said I never got a call, text, and the buzzer wasn't rung. The woman at the restaurant told me the driver buzzed while she was on the call, and called and texted me numerous times. I Was told I would get a screenshot of messages and missed calls, but I haven't gotten anything. She changed her tune quickly and said the driver would be back in 10 minutes but if I wasn't outside he would leave. 20 minutes later,The food finally came, almost an hour after it was supposed to come. It was cold and soggy. Best of all, they charged me for basil on the pizza and it was missing. The food is usually good, but I will not give my business to a restaurant that rudely lies to...

Have been a regular customer here for years, terrible service experience ordering here tonight. Successfully placed an order through Uber Eats and the restaurant accepted the order and then adjusted the cost to my card by a 50% increase…. I was charged double the advertised price for my order before even picking it up. The worst part is that when I went in store to pick up the order and asked why this happened, the cashier responded rudely and shamed me for ordering through the app instead of placing my order a different way. So the restaurant did not advertise itself accurately to customers and as a result, proceeds to increase charges to the customer without any communication of mistake from their end, plus verbal shaming a customer for how they chose to order their food from the available options offered by the restaurant? Will not be returning here, especially with so many other good pizza places...

Dear Lisa, We spend between $150-$200 a MONTH here, for about the last four years. This evening, after ordering a pizza, at 5:36 pm, we reached out to Lisa's, at SEVEN PM, asking where was our delivery. We were informed by an unapologetic, callous employee, that ours was 'minutes out', in a tone of voice that certainly conveyed her lack of concern. At 7:22 pm, we called again; only when hearing how angry we were did we receive even the barest of apologies; she blamed our lack of service on the DRIVER! I will NEVER AGAIN order from this establishment, nor, will I recommend them to ANYONE in this area who asks for the best place to get pizza. Perhaps losing close to THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS A YEAR in revenue isn't worth a sincere apology, and an immediately delivered pizza!
