Slow service. Expect to wait over an hour if you order Ramen. My 1st visit I had hibachi shrimp with noodles and it was good. Good service and didn't wait long. Went again the next day hoping to try the ramen but I left after waiting about 45 minutes. It was around 7:45 and the crowd was leaving and I was dining solo, so I was not waiting on any other dishes. After waiting 30 min a server told me it was taking longer and the kitchen was working on it.
Went back a third time with a group of 6. 3 people got hibachi which was ready as expected. They finished their meals, had plates cleared, and filled to-go boxes long before the other ramen orders arrived. We felt bad for our friends and told them they could leave if they had to go while we continued waiting. Ramen arrived an hour and 15 minutes after ordering.
I'm hoping it was a one off cause I live nearby and was excited to have this option. Hopefully they'll work out their process with time.
Also the menu shows a picture of sushi but they don't have it at...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I came here with 2 other couples. Each couple ordered an appetizer, half of the table got hibachi and the other half got ramen. The hibachi came out first. 35 minutes later the ramen and appetizers came out. The people who got hibachi were already done eating. We were told "the line for ramen was long" which is why it was taking so long but the few other people in the restaurant either had theirs already or had gotten hibachi. There also weren't people coming in at all for pick up orders so I don't understand where the long line was coming from. I had gotten the seafood ramen because I don't really like chicken and I'm sensitive to pork which were the only other options of ramen they had and it was for lack of better terms horrible. The mussels were hard to the touch and when I looked inside of one, I was glad I didn't just pop one in my mouth. Idk what's going on in that kitchen but we won't be back. The boba tea...
Read moreI traveled all to Japan, South Korea, China, and the Philippines yearly. This was hands down the worst tonkotsu ramen I had ever had. When I first seen a ramen resturaunt opened in medina. I got excited because tonkotsu ramen is one of my favorite dishes. I purchased the large tonkotsu ramen for take-out. Portion size was good for the price. Everything looked good until i tried to eat it. I don't know if this is some new americanized recipe or what. I could not eat more than 5 bites. It was hellishly salty. Absolutely salty. I eat junk food regularly so I know my taste buds are immune to salty foods I thought. This ramen soup was murdered in salt . I even diluted it with water to see if I could overcome the saltiness. That did not work. I wouldnt even thought of writing a review but to ruin an Asian staple food with some form of americanized recipe. This was a shame of...
