If I could give 0 stars I would. Bagels are stale at 10 am.

Last weekend we called ahead and placed and order for three bagel sandwiches. When we got there we went up to the counter and paid. We waited 25 min for an order that was placed on the phone 45 min prior. After fulfilling everyone else’s order, the staff members looked around confused as to why we were still waiting. When I told them I had been waiting for my call ahead order, they all started looking around. they found my order which had been sitting for over and hour and handed it to me. When I got home the sandwiches were cold and the bagels hard.

Today, we thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. My husband and I went inside and ordered two bagel sandwiches again. We waited THIRTY min. They fulfilled everyone else’s order that came in after us and yet again start looking around, confused, about what we were there for. At this point, there is no rectifying this. My husband and i left without our food after paying $12.

Here’s the thing. We shouldn’t have to continually ask what happened to our order. They weren’t super busy. Employees need some accountability there and need to follow up on orders they are taking. We spent 30 min of our time and $12 dollars on literally nothing.

We will NEVER be back. I hope this place can get it together but honestly I don’t...

I drove 30 minutes to try NY Bagel Deli for the first time, arriving around 8:10 AM Sunday. As a New Yorker, I was really excited to check it out. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which I appreciated.

I purchased a dozen assorted bagels, along with ½ pound of regular cream cheese, 1 pound of scallion cream cheese, and 1 pound of potato salad. The cream cheese had a nice whipped texture, and the scallion cream cheese was incredible—definitely my family’s favorite. The potato salad was also delicious, with a flavor that truly reminded me of a loaded baked potato.

The plain bagels were excellent—cooked perfectly with the right texture. The French toast bagel was a lovely treat. However, I was a little disappointed with the everything and onion bagels. While they smelled amazing, they were noticeably overcooked, making them tough, and the toppings had a burnt taste. The bagels without toppings were much better.

Overall, I love the concept and the variety of options, but the inconsistency in baking was a letdown, especially after making the long drive. It probably won’t be my first choice in the future, but if I’m in the area again, I’d stop in for...

DO NOT CATER FROM HERE! Ny bagel deli came into our work place and brought pamphlets and asked if we could cater from them. So i decided to order on their website on Tuesday 12/27 to be delivered Saturday 12/31 @ 12pm. (Plenty of notice) well, the day of, a door dasher called me @ 11 am saying it was a 2 hour wait for our food. So i called the store and they told me they had just received my order that morning and were yelling at me that i didn’t give enough notice. I told them that i had ordered it Tuesday. They told me i was lying and that i had just ordered it, then they said they ran out of food because of our order and that they are not equipped to be catering for 40 people. (THEN WHY DID THEY COME INTO OUR STORE AND ASK US TO CATER FROM THEM?!) then the door dasher said he wasn’t going to wait, so i told the store that and they said well you will have to pick it up then. I didn’t order it through door dash, i ordered it from their website so i feel like they should be the ones to figure it out! The employee and manager i talked to were awful. Then to top it all off, we finally got the food over an hour late, and it was absolutely disgusting. Half of it didn’t...

NY Bagel is located in (what seems to be) a popular plaza off of route 18 in Medina, Ohio. It is a well kept establishment with a nostalgic New York City theme (hence the name) with a variety of breakfast food, bagels, wraps and more for a reasonable price. I had the "Apollo" wrap which was very good accompanied with homemade chips and a pickle slice. Bottled drinks and bottled Starbucks coffee are also available. Definitely worth your while to check out!

Went at 10:30am on Sunday (today) as we were quite excited to try proper bagels after moving to Medina and I heard good things, but I believe the store has new owners. We got a dozen of various kinds but the bagels were all VERY hard and seemed stale. It was like they were day old bagels and at 10:30am, they should be perfect and fresh. I am not sure what the issue was, but these bagels are nothing like the bagels I've had in NYC and elsewhere.
