Tres Potrillos — Restaurant in Medina Township

Me and my sister love this place they are usually so nice but this experience was absolutely horrible. Me and my sister get seated and our waiter comes over to get our drink order we tell him we are ready to order as well. We let him know we would like 2 el chavos and a questo dip, a few minutes later we get our drinks and dip and we are waiting for our food an hour passes and still not food but people around us were getting their food so we were a little confused, then our waiter comes and gives us the check.. we said we never got our meal and he said we never ordered.. we were not mad and just gave him our order 20-30 minutes later we get our food but it just didn’t taste right the chicken tasted like plastic and the rice tasted undercooked we did not eat it and let them know we were not happy with it and before we even finished our sentence he screams at us and walks away shaking his head.. 5 minutes later a manager I would guess comes over to our table and we tell her what happened and she starts arguing with us saying we did not order food.. why would we go to a restaurant and only order dip!? We are mad at this point we have been there for over 2 hours and just wanted to leave so the manager says ok hold tight I’ll see what I can do WE WAIT ANOTHER 45 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO EVEN COME BACK TO OUR TABLE!??!!? at this point we are extremely mad and the manger comes over with the full bill and makes us pay for it we just pay so we cane leave and we left a zero dollar tip because of the horrible service and the rudeness we experienced! So later that night my sister checked her bank account and she sees an extra charge so she called tres and asks why THEY HUNG UP ON HER!? That is so unprofessional!? So we called the bank and here to find out our waiter TIPPED HIMSELF 6$ HE STOLE MONEY FROM US!? This whole experience was enough for us to never come back to this place again!? Be careful if you’re paying with card they might steal...

It was my first time here. I met my girlfriends, our waitress was MIA half the time. We had others to pick up her slack which was fine but everyone that approached the table didn't stay long enough for everyone to complete their orders whether it was forgetting something with our food or needing a refill etc..we were really rushed and assumed that closing time was 9 by their actions we even double-checked that closing was 11 but our checks were brought even before asking if anyone needed refills. The manager was pulling items off of our table and staff was mopping with a god-awful cleaner on top of that! The "original waitress" even gave one friend the incorrect change not once but twice. Food was okay but experience wasn't great and I probably won't return since we left with a headache. Also as a friend and I were leaving the restroom we caught our waitress complaining about us to the manager saying "so I was like get the hell out of here then?!" loudly in the middle of the restaurant while patrons were still sitting at the bar (we knew it was pertaining to us because as soon as we both looked in their direction she got quiet & the both of them walked away in different directions) just because we said that we felt rushed and double-checked the closing time...

Does not even deserve 1 star. Arrived around 730 on a Friday night, and we were sat right away. The waitresses came back 3 times within 5 minutes asking if we were ready to order. When we finally were ready she was no where to be found. My boyfriend ordered a burrito and asked for no green salsa on it. The waitress asked what kind of salsa the menu said it comes with, he said green, she said ok no green salsa. Our food arrived, I ordered fajitas, which typically come out sizzling.....mine were not. The steak, chicken and shrimp on fajita platter had no seasoning, or flavor. The steak was extremely tough. His burrito arrived covered in green salsa, cold rice. The waitress came back 10 minutes later asked how everything was and saw his burrito had green salsa on it. Instead of offering a new one (he hadn't even started to eat it), she showed him where she wrote no green salsa on the ticket, and then brought him a bowl of red salsa. His steak in burrito was also very tough, not seasoned with anything but an excessive amount of salt, we sat and waited 10 minutes for our bill, until we had enough and flagged down our waitress from where she was sitting with other coworkers in booth. Definitely not worth the time or money spent. They will never receive another...
