Arby's — Restaurant in Medina

There are worse places, but... I do not like Arby's food. This location would receive three or four stars if they had different offerings. There is something about the food that troubles both my conscience and stomach. I imagine that the beef is real, but it is too processed. I do not think that Arby's is intentionally bad; I do not think that any fast food company offers such a diverse and ever changing menu. The problem is that I don't like the food. A long time ago I used to like the Jamocha shakes but the flavor is nearly gone; it is not nearly as good as it once was. The problem with fast food from wherever you choose to go is that it isn't very good. The only good burgers that I have enjoyed are from 5 Guys and Culvers. Anyways, avoid Arby's for the food and go to a sit down restaurant and enjoy...

Never going to this Arby's again. I went through the drive- thru, the girl was rushing us even though there was no one there. The total came to 15 bucks, which we thought was strange because we only got a few sandwiches, fries, and value drinks. They screwed up our order, and we noticed when we got our receipt that everything we said value to was changed to a medium. So we told the girl it was wrong, and she was extremely rude to us. The manager came and paid the difference in cash and got us our correct food. Then, a few days later, I go on my bank account, and noticed they charged me twice for the same food. Never experienced such rude incompetent service in my life. So don't go here unless you like getting attitude from punk teenagers, and paying 30 dollars for 10 dollars...

Let me say I was asked to go here to write a review of this restaurant. The service people were so nice and helpful as I purposely stumbled with my order. The counter was dirty. I had to ask for my drink cup. The fountain drink area were I had to get my own beverage was so dirty with sauces and pop that I almost gave their cup back. I was scared to touch anything after that. The tables and floors are dirty. The bathrooms need a power washer and deodorizer also. The food quality was decent, the food temperature was inadequate and could have made me sick. A serious inquiry to the health department will be my next step. 2 stars for...
