Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Medina

I will not be returning to this location. For several months now, I have seen the quality of meals seriously declining. The chicken sandwiches that once tasted high quality, now are bland and mostly fatty. The grilled chicken is no better. My salad this evening was not fresh at all. The tomatoes looked so old, I had to cut a portion away just to be able to eat it. My daughter had ordered a meal deal and asked if a milkshake was included and the girl working tonight told her it was, but when we looked at the receipt, we saw she was charged for the whole meal, in addition to the full cost of the milkshake. When I asked about this, she argued that only a fountain drink comes with the meal deal even though I heard her tell us the milkshake was included. She did not offer a refund or try to make it right in any way. This is not the first time. A few weeks ago, my daughter ordered coffee and it was brought to us a leaking mess. The server noticed and walked away anyway. We went up and had to request a new cup. In addition to all of this, it took some time finding a table as most every table had some food on it and when we did find a clean table, the benches were dirty and needed to be wiped down. I’m sad to say that I’ve noticed a real decline at this location. In food, and in service. The chicken sandwiches have gotten thinner, the nuggets are more fatty, and the soup tastes like it’s straight out of a can. I ordered the mocha cream cold brew and it tasted nothing like it used to. When I asked them about it, they just added one thing and poured it into another cup instead of making a new batch/pouring me a new one. They now charge extra for the milkshake/coffee in the meal deal which is very disappointing. Not to mention, they now only offer size small in a milkshake yet charge you for what a large used to cost. I've always appreciated Chick-fil-A's service, but lately, I've noticed a pattern of mistakes in my drive-thru orders.

Two weeks ago, my order was missing ketchup, utensils, and napkins, and I ordered a 12-piece grilled nugget but received a breaded 12-piece instead. I brushed it off, but it's becoming a consistent issue.

Today, I went through the drive-thru again—this time, all my sauces, utensils, and napkins were included, but I paid for a 12-piece grilled nugget and only received an 8-piece.

I’ve now overpaid twice due to packing mistakes. Chick-fil-A, do better. I expect accuracy, especially when paying a premium since this is what I expect from Chick-fil-A and then a burger...
