Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Melbourne Village

First time I visited this location had just opened, I used thy excuse as poor service. Moving forward, service has not improved. My order was one cheesesteak with just meat and cheese, splitting visiting with grandkids. I told Yasir (hopefully correct spelling) Two with whatever they come with. This young man was very sweet but just apparently wasn’t able to comprehend what I was telling him. I ordered all three sandwiches with fries (no salt). I also ordered a four piece parmesan, boneless chicken with a fries and a lemonade. This was to snack on the way home, 35 minutes away. Luckily, I drove around to get a few photos and try the boneless chicken. First styrofoam container I opened was a plain sandwich with no fries. No fries? There wasn’t enough containers to hold fries separately so I decided to look in each container, something I SHOULD have done inside……you learn. All three sandwiches were plain and the only fries were with the boneless chicken, which I will not order in the future. The chicken breading was super thick and soggy, they were room temperature at best. They just weren’t edible. I took my order back inside, Yasid insisted that I ordered plain sandwiches. After some back and forth, a young blonde approached the counter and retrieved the sandwiches. The correction was made and I drove home. Ugh, the sandwiches, although very tasty with plenty of ingredients, I NEVER received the fries! There will need to be some improvements before I’ll return to this location. This was an inexpensive meal and not worth the lack of satisfaction.

First off you have basically no human contact here . You walk in to a order machine it has a million choices . 2 individuals in the kitchen behind a wall . Never said a word to us , even when we were having trouble with ordering . After placing our order . About 5 mins later a girl appears behind counter and puts a soda and a milk shake on counter then goes back behind wall . I assume this is mine and go to counter and pick it up . She never said a word . A few mins. Later she appears again she puts 2 orders of fries on the counter , then again she disappeared behind the wall again . I picked them up again and took them to my table again . I went to the restroom , when I got back a tray with my sandwiches were on my table . I was told a guy just brought them out . If it wasn't for the food , I would never visit this place again . The price was a little on the high side , and the fries were fantastic . I will give this place a second chance , maybe they were just having a bad night . Hopefully things will be different next visit in July . Or there will not be...

I decided to give this place a try for lunch. I pulled into the parking lot and it looked like a ghost town which should of been a warning sign. I pulled up to the drive thru to order and was greeted by someone who clearly didn't want to come into work. I ordered the number 1 with a large drink. Something simple and easy. I was told that it would take 10 minutes to prepare. I was fine with that and pulled forward and paid. The guy at the window acted like he despised me being there. I was told to park and wait after paying. I waited 12 minutes and my food was brought to me by another employee who seemed he could care less about customer service. I received the food that was way to small for the price and slopply put together I mean I have seen better sandwich artistry at McDonald's. I will not be coming back to this location again and I'd advise against it to anyone that ask. Why have a drive thru if the wait is 10 minutes for a purchase. Why be rude and uncaring to...
