This review is not for the target store but for the Starbucks in the store.
There is a man named Lou who appears to be some kind of manager. He is incredibly rude and unprofessional. We asked for 2 ice waters nicely without any agitation. First, he came in and jumped on his worker/coworker who was peacefully filling the cups and sharply asked her what she was making to which she politely responded, "ice water.." then sharply told her to ring it up as water even though it's free which she had already done. Then turned quickly to us to sharply notify us that it won't always be free. Then he went in the back employee part. Appalled not only by his rudeness towards us but also towards the Asian girl working there, I said, "thank you, you're doing your job!" to the girl! Somewhere in the back employee part, he heard me and popped up out and like he was going to start a fight, said, "what was that?!" As if my compliment to the girl working there was offensive somehow. I said she's doing a good job. And he continued to scold us about how starbucks ice water won't always be free. As if this wasn't all rude enough, he weirdly said you might as well get a sugary drink and get diabetes to which my husband said, "I'd rather not." To which Lou was upset by. And then we walked away. Don't know why we didn't walk away sooner. Lou should get a job where he stays in the back. Away...
Read moreNo idea who the older lady was that was following me near the candles/shampoo isle but she followed my every move and when i made eye contact with her she rudely said “how ya doing tonight” I said good, stopped acted like I forgot something and moved back to see if she would follow me and she did. I asked her why she felt the need to follow me as I was on my way to check out 400$ worth of items and she then got super rude and said it’s my job. Um what? It’s your job to follow customers and be unbelievably rude? I spent 600$ at this store two nights ago and another 400$ tonight christmas shopping. Pretty sure it was because one worker seen me put 3 or 4 items (face masks and face wash, stocking stuffers) on a shelf they didn’t belong on because immediately after that is when she started following me. Yeah sure I should have went back and put them where they belonged but are you for real? Made sure to follow me to the registers and ask the one girl working the register to take me instead of me doing self checkout. Told her she was more than welcome to look on the cameras and or in my purse since she was so convinced I was stealing. Was in there a total of 20 minutes or so. SUPER unprofessional. Target just lost another customer and hopefully this woman looses her damn job because that was SO...
Read moreRe: My experience at Target to, went in to get a patio chair and a flower pot. Found both and proceeded to the check out. The chair rang the wrong price, The cashier seemed aggravated that I brought it to her attention. She searched the item and insisted the had rang up correctly. I was sure it was incorrect.
I offered to get the sign, she called for someone to go check. The individual came saying “ The chairs or the sign is in the wrong place“ . I questioned this also I read the signage and it did correlate with the chairs . He offered to give me the chair for $35 The chair Was priced at $30.
At this point i’m just standing at the register, feeling super humiliated. Guy walks by I ask him if he’s the manager he says yes. Explain to him everything that has transpired he says that he’ll take care of ringing up my items.
After finishing with my purchase I think him facetiously for the apology I never received. Then A third random Target employee comes up and says it’s because of people like you is why I’m quitting.
Wow The nerve of me thinking I could go and purchase a chair for the price that is stated on the sign, without being hassled and...
