I literally order from this establishment quite frequently. I order the same food every time. I sent my daughter to pick up our food and our sandwiches had big chunks of onions and green pepper all over that were obviously just thrown in the sandwich (little bit of meat and big chunks of onions/pepper). They were hard and not easy to eat. I called and requested to speak to the manager. At first the female employee who had answered the phone said to call him the next day because they were busy lol and then I just started explaining what was wrong with the food. She then proceeded to actually get the manager and put him on the phone. His name was Tim and was very pleasant. I told him that I'm familiar with the way they cook their steak sandwiches and whoever cooked the sandwiches this time just threw big chunks of onions and green pepper all over the sandwich and basically explained what I've stated in the beginning of this review. He offered a credit, was apologetic, and stated that he would write my name down for the credit and whenever I'm ready to order just to give my name, end of story. I called to order the sandwiches today and the employee who answered the line, I kid you not tells me "what was wrong with the steak, I mean I took your order," "do you NOT want onions or green peppers,"?? I mean why with all the questions. IT WAS RESOLVED!! I order there quite frequently. I had a bad experience with my food, the manager took care of it! Why question as if I lied. She was rude! I tell ya, I can't with people like that. And if it's the same person who picks up the phone when I order, knows that I'm a frequent customer!! Overall the food is good, some employees just need to remember their role. Once an issue is resolved, LET IT GO! The 1 star was for the service. You can't be pleasant when the customer is "cool," and the minute there's a complaint, switch it and become rude as heck. And when my daughter went to go pick up the food, the same employee who is welcoming and greets people completely gave my daughter the silent treatment. Way to go...
Read moreThis is a review of my most recent experience. Prior to this, I had come to this place about 3 times and enjoyed the service & food. On this most recent experience no one greeted me or acknowledged me as I entered, so I sat at the bar to ensure immediate service & acknowledgement. The bar tender greeted me, got my order, and then I asked if I could substitute french fries for a caesar salad as my side. Then I heard the bar tender ask the kitchen to make the substitution. I don't know what the kitchen said, but to whatever the kitchen said the bar tender replied "do whatever you want". This bar tender could have been talking about anything when she said "do whatever you want", but from a guest perspective it seemed like she may have been talking about my food, and obviously a guest doesn't want the cook to just "do whatever they want" to their food. Then my food came out at the same time as a guy who hadn't even sat down until after I had ordered. I wondered if my food had been sitting in the window for a while, and the bar tender just had a higher priority of attending to other guests. Servers & bar tenders usually come by a couple minutes after they drop off food to ask if it all turned out good, the bar tender stopped and asked the man next to me if his food came out okay, but the bar tender never asked me, and never even attended to me again until after I had finished my meal and she was giving...
Read moreToday must have been our 15th visit to Beef 'O' Brady's, and it most certainly will be our last. We sat for lunch today and didn't have our usual server, but a young lady instead.
We ordered one sandwich and one wrap. 35 minutes later, we find ourselves sitting at the table with nothing but sweet tea. The members of two other tables who arrived after we had already placed our order were already enjoying their lunch.
When I pointed this out to the young lady, her response was, "Kitchen is slow today." That was puzzling because the kitchen managed to push out more recent orders for other tables without issue. When I pointed this out, she became indignant and walked away only to return later with an offer for 30% off.
We just wanted a fair product, with fair service, for a reasonable price. My frustration was caused by the fact that, upon being asked to inquire what was happening with our order, instead of making it to the kitchen, she pulled menus, took orders, and filled drink cups for other tables, at her leisure, instead. There was absolutely no sense of urgency towards a table of guests sitting and waiting for 35 minutes for two sandwiches.
This is an absolutely unacceptable level of service, a blatant lack of attention and regard towards the customer, and something no self-respecting patron should tolerate. This is...
