If I could give a negative 5 I would. Unfortunately, you are forced to give at least one star. My wife and I have arrived at our gate Saturday March 30th 2019 to catch our flight to start our journey home. We had to get up at 5:00 AM to pack up and head to the airport to catch our first flight at 8:30 AM. We were looking so forward to just breath easy and wait with a hot cup of coffee for each of us.
I walk up to the Dunkin Donuts located right near our gate and a young blonde girl is stacking donuts and I ask what time do you open since it's literally 7:30 AM and the lights are off. She proceeds to tell me that they will not be open until 9:00 AM or 9:30 AM. She couldn't even provide a definite time. She stated it was due to an airshow.
Not sure what the hell that has to do with passengers being denied service but I checked their website and it stated on Google they are open and that their opening time is 4:30 AM close time 6:00 PM. What a ridiculous excuse to deny all of these passengers a simple cup of coffee...

And your owner/ mgmt removed original blend coffee off of the mobile app for your location to force your customers to preorder the more expensive drinks instead of the regular coffee. You also did away with small sizes. That is a form of coercion. I tried to complain on the Metz management site and their feedback option kicks back my email and says I can't send them anything because it has been removed or closed. Every single person left the line shaking their heads in disappointment. I’m 6 months pregnant and ordered a small decaf latte- got a medium not decaf. Fullllll of caffeine.
