Play on a pool league and the league was invited to play at the bar to see if we wanted add the bar to our rotation. The bar does not serve any type of food whatsoever. It was very smokey. The music was played so loud you had to yell to hear the person sitting directly next to you. The bar has a $10 minimum for all debit/credit card sales, so if you only plan on drinking soda you better bring cash.
The cherry on top was the service, the bartender was super not friendly to us. She did not once smile while serving us. My wife and I order 2 sodas that were $1.00 each. We opted to not tip her at that time, planning to tip her when we ordered our last drink. Apparently, this upset her so much that when anyone from our league ordered anything to drink she took it upon herself to increase the price of the sodas to include a tip amount ranging from $1.00 to $2.50 for a $1.00 soda. Us, along with the other members of the pool league called her on this practice. At the end of our match, as we were leaving, it became apparent that she had also be complaining about the situation to the customers who were sitting at the bar, as one of the patrons proceeded to say very loudly as we were leaving, "Well there they go. And they can't even say thank you or anything".
We will never be going back to this establishment. I would suggest possibly training your employees on the value of customer service or hiring new ones who already understand that concept. Tips are earned based on the level of service you provide, which I why I wait until the end of the night to determine how much of a tip I am going to leave. In this woman's case, she...
Read moreThis is a long established, unassuming, easy to miss place in central Melbourne. Like me, you probably drove past it on your way to places like Walmart on Sarno or the DMV, etc. The outside of the place is fairly non-descript - actually The whole Plaza is with its biggest claim to fame is McDonald's and the new dollar tree.
Inside though - what a surprise. This place is open and airy and fresh and clean and it was just a lot of fun. I mean the people that were regulars there you could tell they welcomed us. They made us feel very comfortable. Definitely a place. Oh, and it's a full liquor bar by the way, but definitely a place that we will go back to and that we recommend...

I am requesting a American disability association along with any lgbtq to come here and stand for who you are and be disabled without...
