1080 N Whickam Rd Unit A Sept 2, 9:22 pm is my ticket order 5048969.I had to drive to place my order because they turned off mobile ordering, AGAIN. I tried placing my mobile app order at 9:11pm. They don't close until 10:00pm. I guess they think they'll have to work less, because less people won't want to make the drive up to place order and wait the 20 minutes while they give you attitude, and I lost my in app deals! This keeps happening. Not sure what's going on here or why they think it's acceptable to constantly turn off online ordering. The little girl with the blonde hair doesn't answer the phone. I drove up in a seperate occasion after the phone rang for 6 minutes. I kept calling and they didn't answer. I drove up, placed my order- the store was empty and they were all just standing around. So I decided to call while I waited, it rang the entire 13 minutes I waited for my food until I finally hung up. Another guy came in and complained that no one was answering the phone, they lied and did they were busy. I told him watch this, I called and they ignored it. I hung up and he called them. They will not answer the phone. I guess whatevers on their cell phone is more important. Then I realized I forgot my breadsticks and called to place an order at 9:46. She said it's not possible as the kitchen is already closed. Ok, no big deal. I ask her what time the kitchen stops taking orders so I know for next time and she says the kitchen stops taking orders at 9:50pm, 10 minutes before they close. I then remind her it's 9:46 and she says the kitchen is already closed. This is a constant occurrence of them shutting down the mobile orders an hour early, not answering the phones to take orders, and not taking orders during the correct time...

I told them to correct their mistake and give me more parm. the man Caleb begins lying telling me he put it on there when it was obvious that he did not, and begin telling me he’s going to charge me more when I get this all the time and have been told by multiple people that the Parmesan charge is the same whether you want extra, light or a regular amount. He begins saying just lastnight the system was changed and they stopped doing that and he’s gonna have to charge me as if they already didn’t charge me and NOT give me what I paid for. I come to this location every week. But I will never go back now. the disrespect, the lying and trying to scam people out of their money and not giving ppl WHAT THEY PAID FOR is unacceptable. also, sometimes the pizzas have like almost no sauce and you have to tell them to make sure they use the correct amount. do not support this location. Also crazy bread and marinara sauce and garlic butter for the pizza and left with just a pizza... That's not the problem. While it was very crowded at this time and the only other person in the building working was in the back a large lady making pizzas? Idk, and a young man working the counter. my review has everything to do with the way the lady treated the only other employee during a rush. In front of other customers completely unprofessional she berated him to a point that he seemingly was very embarrassed. it is practically the number one no no when it comes to working with new associates or those in training while offering corrective instruction. We went back in to offer some Confidence in him and also the garlic sauce! LoL yum! I hope someone in upper management sees this review and issues some instructive corrective instruction to the lady working in the back as far as how to handle a rush when employees are exposed to the public, or other employees.
