Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

We have had several problems with ordering from this Papa Johns.We have been ordering from this particular store for at least 3 years .First was getting the orders RIGHT, when ordering an XL pizza, we have received just larges. Another problem was when we ordered a Tuscany 6 six, we only received a regular cheese pizza and even pepperonis! This happened just about every time we ordered, and we order at LEAST once a month! The latest two complaints have been the speed from which our pizza is delivered , sometimes taking over an hour! Also the condition our pizza and other items have been received .The pizza box is folded ,or caved in as if someone dropped a bowling ball on it, and the cheese of course, stuck to the top of the box,making it a difficult task to layer it back onto the pizza.Not to mention how my whole family ends up with stomache aches everytime we eat from there .We have never called and complained (we're not big complainers) ,and the last time we ordered we were pushed to write to the corporate offices,which have never responded to us or compensated us in any manner.Our family and friends wont be ordering from this location again ,and most likely neither will we! We ordered from a different location hoping the pizza would be less dry. We did a carry out with the 2 $6.00 items. Order came to a little over $18.00. We got cheese sticks which were dry around the edges of the crust. I used the whole cup of garlic butter to spread on the cheese sticks so they would not be dry. I think this is a Papa John's problem. They need to increase their ingredients. We got a medium pizza with about six toppings. The pizza still had a lot of space where there was no toppings. The Crust was extremely dry. We had to use garlic butter to be able to get it down. I love Papa John's as a whole of all the pizza places. Also a weird thing happened when we got to the store to pick it up they went in the back room and got our pizza out of there. In store 488 on Wickham in Walmart plaza I was really in the mood for a pizza walked in and whoever was working the counter she had no smile and said what do you want when I requested a smile she goes. This is me smiling so I told her well thank you and I left. Went next door to Jersey Mike's got a sub. Went back in to Papa John's to ask where the store number and she starts yelling at me and then when I left she walked next door into Jersey Mike's and proceeded to yell at her.
