I walk up, order a chicken strip combo with barbecue sauce and pay for an upgrade medium chocolate shake. The lady can’t even get the lid on because of how bad the cup was. No big issue until I spilled it all over the place. No big deal things happen, I’m cleaning it up and no one says a thing or any assistance. Still, not a huge issue, maybe no one saw. After 20 minutes of waiting on the food I’m frustrated but being nice about it. I ask if I can get a refund and just pay for the shake so I can leave since I haven’t been delivered food. I say it’s order 653 and the receipt I had to throw away when the cup folded and chocolate shake went everywhere. She leaves to get another person, I explain the ordeal saying I haven’t had any food. I’m tired of waiting and would like to just pay for the shake so I can leave after this going all over the place. I say the order number over again that I believe it was order 653. I got a blank stare and asked if I was wanting to pay for a shake. I eventually just walked out without receiving the food I paid for after 20 minutes. Nice, $9 for half of a chocolate shake. What is going on at this location?
Edit: the lady at the grocery isle was very nice. I had a receipt for that because chocolate shake didn’t explode all over that and it was order 830381. She should train the people at the order counter.

Read moreI wish I could rate them per item. If I could I would give them a 5 for ice cream as it is really really good! I would give them a 3 for burgers and fries .. they are not bad, though I don't understand why people put shredded lettuces on burgers instead of leafs. And if it was for breakfast I personally would give them a 1 or 2. I tried them today for breakfast. To be fair I don't know their breakfast menu and rather than figure it out I asked for 3 bacon egg and cheese burrito while confirming it would only have those thee items in it. What I received did have only bacon egg and cheese but the cheese to my surprise must have been pepper jack cheese or something cause this thing was spicy (I don't do spicy) and I could not eat it. Before I tried it though I took the attached picture and observed just how little egg there was in it... these things are really thin...
Update: every time I go there now threw the drive threw they have me pull forward rather than wait at window for my food. When when there are no cars behind me. You can see from the picture the black on the nearly new concrete where kitchen workers walk food out so often. They do this because the system keeps track of how long cars sit and wait at the window however the cost in time to walk all those orders out the door no doubt masks the staff have to rush even more than they...
Read moreThis was our VERY first time coming to Braums. We were getting some ice cream after dinner. I should say we tried to get some ice cream after dinner. We order a mint cc sundae, 1 scoop of vanilla, a cookie dough shake, and a Oreo mix in. We pay and like most places now you have to pull up and wait for you order and not wait any the window to receive your items. Well after 3 attempts they never brought out the correct order. There were 3 or so people behind me that received their order. First and Second attempt our order is wrong. The kid bringing the order then asks us to tell him what we got we did and of course he didn’t write it down so not sure what luck we were having with a third attempt. The the order comes out, it’s still a vanilla cone not cup, no mix in at all, the sundae was completely melted, but the shake was right. That was it I asked for a refund to which I had to go inside to do so. I met the manager. She didn’t ask what happened at all offer zero apologies for the experience but the said so they never eventually got it right? Um no that’s why I’m asking for a refund.
