I come here all the time. I order from them multiple times a week. But I never will again. My Grubhub driver stole my food (not their fault, but not mine either ). I called Grubhub and they cancelled my order and refunded me because I never received the food. I still wanted lunch so I ordered again. When I went to pick it up she refused to make the food for me. Told me she already made it, will not make it again. Told me the duplicate order was my fault. I live down the street, I come here on the weekend, I get lunch here a lot during the week. But customer service should matter. This woman was cruel. Yelled at me, tried to embarrass me as if I was stealing from them. I won’t be back and I couldn’t recommend them less. It’s sad that people can be so terrible. It was a turkey sandwhich, 10$. And I didn’t try to play them, I didn’t receive it and Grubhub cancelled it when I reported it. The worst however was paying. We sat down and were in the middle of ordering when they told us it was a 50/50 shot that the card reader would work and we may have to pay in cash. They said they didnt have cash app or anything so we had to walk 8 blocks to an atm to get cash.
