This is without question the best Chinese food in the area, this place Slaps! My wife is out of town and I am home with our youngest. She is not the adventurous type however, when I said let's try someplace new for Chinese food tonight, she immediately said yes. Well, we took a chance on Red Rose and let me tell you, Outstanding, by far the best in the area. We ordered the Korean fried Chicken wings, sweet chili style. Evidently, Korean Chickens are enormous, because these wings were huge and tasty!! We cannot wait to try the ginger style next. The fried rice and chic ken fingers were fresh, and cooked to perfection. May seem trivial but hard undercooked and/or over cooked mushy rice can ruin the experience for me and Red Rose was spot on! The boneless spareribs were tender and sweet, Wow were they a great accompaniment to the General Gau's chicken. Which had the perfect amount of coating on the chicken and it was not drowned in sauce. This will be our go to Chinese food, I am impressed with the freshness and flavor of everything we ordered tonight. Try Red Rose, you will not be...
Read moreThe man at the front is so rude when I called him about my last order amd told me to bring it back. I went all the way back and was arguing with me! I went all the way back and he said they did nothing wrong. Never have I ever gotten pad thai like the picture! Eggs and noodles?! Claiming the veggies were onions. No sauce or anything! Then I paid for an extra bag of dry noodles and only got one and he did not want to give me the 2nd bag that I PAID FOR! He was mad that I demanded my money back after I went all the way back there so tried to use that as an excuse not ro give me the stupid noodles he charged me extra for. What a joke! Like I'm lying about some .75 cent noodles! Also, the food is extremely greasy like the lo mein! General gaus chicken is reheated and extra dark meat! I thought I'd give them another chance today and that'll be the last. Seriously unbelievable...
Read moreFresh, fragrant and phenomenal! I ordered their eggplant with garlic sauce and mapo tofu and highly recommend them! I loved that the eggplant wasn't excessively oily and came with fresh vegetables and the sauces weren't heavy, overly greasy and filled with cornstarch as a thickening agent like many other restaurants. I also got a side of brown rice which was deliciously made and packed to the brim, unlike some other restaurants that give you a container not quite filled. Their appetizer combos are also quite nice when you want a little bit of everything; I am a fan of their AP5! Their crab rangoons are also mouthwatering because the filling is so much better than other places that only use cream cheese. Metered parking out front, parking lot in the back. Save the trip to Chinatown and satisfy your Chinese food...
