McDonald's — Restaurant in Melvindale

Drive through was quick enough. But several things were entered wrong on order. After asking for them to be changed at window, the employee said she did but actually changed nothing and just repeated the same total. Let it go because we were already agitated by her attitude about it at that point.

Got to next window, only got half of the bacon we ordered. Which was four sides at 2 slices per order. When we told the employee we were missing half the bacon he said "you ordered for sides. How many pieces do you have? " We said four. He said uh huhhhh and how many did you order? All condescending like we were too stupid to realize that 4=4. So I had to point out that each side has TWO slices and 4 sides times 2 slices is EIGHT slices. At which point his lightbulb obviously went on and he stopped smiling like he knew better than me and went and told the manager he needed more bacon. Then told us to pull into carrot parking. Where we sat for over 10 minutes. All other food was either eaten or cold by the time the bacon came out. And it wasn't because they were backed up because the drive thru line kept moving just fine.

In addition there is a 30¢ upcharge to have soda with a happy meal?

Oh... My.. wow. So we've been having trouble trying to order the adult happy meals here. Anytime we try to order them they're out, which is to be expected, which we'll usually ask for their shipment date so we can order when the shipment comes in. So yesterday my husband calls up and he's told they're out again. We ask for when there will be a restock and we were told they would not be getting the shipment for adult happy meals anymore. I'm pretty sure they weren't a limited time item, but I guess we'll just start eating at a different location. Today I called again about five minutes ago just to test it out and see if they lied (which we have been lied to many times over the phone at this location. A man picked up, I asked if they had the adult happy meals. I was then told with a very snippy and short "no" and met with an ended call. Before I could even ask about their shipment day or if they'd be ordering them again, he hung up on me. Now I've had many bad experiences here but this one personally hurt a bit more, as we've been so excited to get the happy meal for adults as a piece of nostalgia. In all, I wouldn't waste your time calling this location for accurate or...

DO NOT GO TO MCDONALD'S on 4001 Oakwood, Melvindale, MI 48122 ... I've been waiting 20 minutes inside waiting on a 6 piece chicken nugget... that's it... i watched 6, yes 6 people come in from drive thru with missing items, wrong orders, missing pops, ect.. and it wasnt even lunch time yet! I could list a dozen other things I seen 1st hand that were wrong, but I don't think my review is unlimited characters... where the heck is management (other then the lady who is presenting herself as managment) because this lady is CLEARLY NOT management material... and why the heck are they not fixing this?? Why do these fast food chains keep getting away with this??? Belive this review went on Instagram, and will be going in the 30+Michigan groups I belong to for Michigan alone...
